Just remember that Roe was a Supreme Court decision. There wouldn’t have been enough votes to codify it into law.

The CONSERVATIVE-leaning ARIZONA Supreme Court brought this law back from the 1800s. The REPUBLICAN-controlled legislature is the one who enabled it to pass through the state Congress. The Federal and State Governments are separate things. Next time, you wanna pretend to be smart, keep it to public spaces in your hometown because the rest of us can see right through it.
