My experience, everyone have different goals at different ages bro, but when you are at 20 age, think about your dream and make it possible, because don't see about money on that time, because what your aiming is for rest of your life, not for one to three years.
Discuss with elders and mentors but take decision by you not any other person, because these things will affect our carrier.
This my experience in last 5 years, aimed something doing something, but keep a goal which make us to run.
One thing I can say don't be comfortable any where.
