    Great video. I watched this the day it came out and have since placed and order for it. Im having trouble choosing what lens to buy for it as I'm selling my canon kit to head over to fuji. I purchased the kit with 18-55 Lens and thought a 35mm f2 would work well with it as I have a new born baby I want to take photos off. Im also into street, night and travel photography. would you recommend these two lens to start off with or should I be looking at other lens. Thanks I look forward to hearing from you :D

    • @fujiguys
      @fujiguys  Před 5 lety

      Hi Dee. Thank-you for watching and for taking the time to comment.
      The X-T30 with the XF18-55mm lens is a great way to start off. Adding the XF35mmF2 will enable you for some great portraits of your newborn, especially when you have the aperture set to F2, allowing for a shallow depth of field. It's also a versatile 'take-anywhere' compact option; great for travel.
      We hope you enjoy using the Fujifilm system.

    just watched your new X-t30 videos. I’m a novice. Would it make sense to get xf35 f/2 lens (only 99 dollars w/ camera) AND the new xf16 f/2.8? Or is it better to get something like the XF50 F2 Lens and one of the others? Thx!

    • @fujiguys
      @fujiguys  Před 5 lety

      Thanks for asking. It really depends on your photographic style. If you prefer wide-angle images, then the new XF16mmF2.8 is a great choice. If you prefer more telephoto images, or for portraits, then the XF50mmF2 is a better option. Otherwise, the XF35mmF2 is a great, compact, companion to either of the X-T30 kit lenses.
