    1. Why Rei didn't destroy the stacks of her dead prostitutes?
The entire plot is based on the fact, that Rei, used fake Neo-C coding, on her prostitute's sleeves, in order to prevent them from being legally spun up when their original sleeves are murdered.
Keep in mind, that, Neo-C coding doesn't make it technically impossible, to spun up someone into another sleeve. Technically, a person or police can illegally spun up someone with Neo-C coding into another sleeve. My question is why did Rei take that risk at all? Because there is another simple solution for her problem, and unlike Neo-C coding, that solution is a perfect one.
If she have removed the stacks from the dead prostitute sleeves and destroyed them, then there was no need to use fake Neo-C coding on her prostitutes. Without those stacks, police cannot spun up those dead prostitutes, at all. If Rei have destroyed those stacks, then Resolution 653 wouldn't make any impact on her business. Because of that reason, Rei wouldn't have to worry about Resolution 653. That means Rei wouldn't have to blackmail Laurens Bancroft in order to defeat Resolution 653 in UN.
Given that the plot is entirely depend on the outcome of that blackmail incident, you can clearly see that the entire plot is depend on this particular plot hole. The thing is that you don't have to be a genius to understand that the best solution to hide those murders is to destroy the stacks of those murder victims.
Also, why Rei didn't destroy those sleeves of her dead prostitutes? So no one can find them. All she had to do is to burn those sleeves that belong to her dead prostitutes. It hard to believe, a resourceful Meth like Rei, didn't manage to find a way to that discreetly.
    2. Why Miriam didn't destroy Lizzie's stack?
All Miriam had to do is destroy Lizzie's stack and dump her sleeve in a place where no one can find. For me… that looks like pretty obvious and logical decision. If she have taken that decision that would be the end of Lizzie's story. Then there is no way, Lizzie can come back to accuse Miriam regarding her death.
If you have any information to prove that I am wrong and to prove that these are not plot holes at all, please let me know in the comments section.

I am glad I am not the only one who thought about this. I think destroying stacks makes this entire Neo-C coding plot redundant.

There are too many bullshit moments or plot holes in this show to count. Why is it too easy to hack and destroy someone by upgrading their stack with a virus? Wouldn't this be a well known attack and precautions have been taken after 200+ years? Why wouldn't soldiers use their "ghosts in the machine", because it is obviously a hundred times more effective in combat and security? If it is so easy to hack into a sleeve, then why aren't the sleeves secured better? Any AI or person could upload to the Array, clone themselves, and create a billion man army hacking all the available sleeves on the net. There are just so many obvious things to do, but the characters ignore them for the plot or story.
