Thank you so much for the separate workouts! They are just perfect. I have been searching for a trainer that has Christian exercise content, but they are far, few and in between. Due to a total reverse shoulder replacement, I can no longer do anything shoulder related due to a shoulder implant. I looked at your tricep one from yesterday, but the overhead tricep is not doable, but I will just do additional tricep kickbacks. Hopefully you will have a separate floor chest workout which would be perfect. God placed you on my feed for a reason. At 66 it is hard to find the right instructor. Keep doing what you are doing!
