Usually the hardest part is getting off the beach when it’s that big, but it didn’t look too bad where he came in. The other problem can be water starting after a fall, with the waves so high they block the wind. You only get it at towards the top, and if it breaks it can rip the board and sail away and then you are out the back on your own! It’s a huge buzz!

прибой в другом месте проходился,где волна закрыта. в конце показано. но все равно жесткач. одна ошибка и гайки

Тоже отдыхАла на море волны поменьше были и я смотрела и слушала их самое главное погрузиться в них мысленно и ты получаешь от этого кайф! Как-будто наркотики попробовал!

No way this is 28m/s (=56 knots). Nonetheless, respect!
"Up to 28m/s" means that these are gusts, maximum wind speed. The normal should be less (20 maybe, I don't know for sure). Just check his sail size: 3.3 m only! The smallest I've used was 3.7 m sail in up to 20m wind conditions. Also you can see that he doesn't have situation with lack of wind on the video - so it is strong indeed.
I guess going for big air wasn't government approved...
