I'm still having hard time doing 20 push up but handstand push up is my goal for this year
After you can do 10+pushups, start learning the handstand kickups ( watch coachbachman handstand tutorials), after you can hold the handstand for over 10s, your handstand kickups might not be consistent, so go learn the handstand press, you should also incorporate weighted dips into your workout plan
When learning the hspus, you gotta lean forward before you bend your elbows
