fan ki speed kafi slow hai yeh high speed mein kesay chaly ga 4 wire fan hai, usb se lgaya hai direct pc ke sath.. but slow chalta hai.

use black and red usb cable can be found in mouse for pc, if you got 4 pin fans (blue yellow green black) connect black with black and yellow with red

If motherboard is useless or not working in that case you can remove the cooling fan and can make a mini fan like this...
