When I was a Y7 everyone was so scared of the upper years but by the time I was in Y11 and I figured I'd be someone that the new kids would respect and listen to, the tables completely turned and it was the Y7s who were absolutely terrifying. As in they weren't just rude and loud, but just before I left we got these absolute psycho 12 and 13 year olds starting fights with all years, bringing in Swiss army knives and smoking weed in the bathrooms and even though I was a prefect, I could literally not snitch on anyone because I would have been lynched by a bunch of 13 year olds 😭 tell me you grew up in a rough area without telling me you grew up in a rough area lol
You know that when I was in year 5 the year 6 are so rude but by the time I was year 6 the year 5 are so mean now I am in year 7 and the year 8 9 10 11 are so mean
The Year 10's in my school were the worst, tried to bully a group of year 7's for sitting at a random table in the cafeteria and then they said 'you can't sit here without a year 10/11 and plus we own this table so move' went and sat with them and watched as the group walked away because they sure as hell had a year 11, my friends came and sat with me it was great.
I had to do the same defending my sister, same age difference. The other kid was like "my brother is older than you and he'll beat you if you touch me" and i was like "If you look in my sister's direction again, your brother can come fight me and I'll pluck his eyes and hang them on your ears," that kid never bothered my sister again. I guess the fact that I was the scary metalhead in arts that draws dead people helped xD (in Spain we don't have uniforms and you can dress however you want, also 11th and 12th year are like "specialization" years"
A girl in my year (year 11) put a year 8/9 can’t remember in hospital because she was being mean to her sister no clue where she is now she either got expelled or manage moved
This reminds me of that first episode of Derry girls when they tried to make the younger girls on the bus move for them, and then the younger girl tells them who her sister is and they take back everything they said
me and my friends are yr 13 prefects and we love telling them off when they’re disrespecting other ppl. we also have close connections with teachers haha so we can easily report them if they do anything stupid

Another time somebody wanted to sit on the bus were we sat and we didn’t want to move and when he was about to move us out self, a year 11 dude who was friends with my sister went straight at him and there was a full fight on the bus.
