Yes, how true its soooooooo easy to identify ourselves from what we went through and if its slot of pain and misery, trauma you know where that leads us..down s dark path of self loathing, shame, self reproach, fear etc I do have a bad habit of viewing myself as being unworthy, unattractive because of how these so called " men" in canada have treated me. But I've got to remember that most of the " men" in canada are homosexuals anyway and besides that what others say and do means nothing about my worth and well as" how other ppl treat me is a statement of who they are and not a reflection of who I am. How others treat me is THEIR path, how I react is MINE!
At any rate these traumatic and painful experiences I've unfortunately been privy to have NOTHING to do with my value and worth. This is EXACTLY what me and my husband are experiencing right now.
