Gensler was manipulating the price of ETH. This was just like his fake twitter account being hacked and recovered in 3 mins for the BTC etf. They work for the banks.
Crypto prices all managed since 2017. But yeah, Gensler probably working ETH on behalf of Elizabeth Warren.

My opinion: Main effect is the halving cycle. Can have some smaller affects by presidential cycle due to central banks manipulating the economy for political purposes.

Ethereum is a closer fit to the existing corporate business model. It is easier for mainstream to understand and adopt than Bitcoin because you don't actually have to go through the process of understanding a paradigm shift.

lastly once firedancer comes out 1.2TPS with a cost of .02 cents per transaction, with visa mastercard and paypal so far using their technology, and the second edition saga phone coming out. if you want to see what real gains are you should of got sol under $10!

Just to throw out also, BTC has never been in a financial crisis before. There’s no doubt it will prove itself as the safety asset; however, I think we may tank and get some great buying opportunities beforehand.

And yet, Saylor has been a great spokesman for BTC. His intelligence and insight outweigh the years he's been into BTC. No one's infallible, but some are more right than others......

They want those fees. That is the only thing that makes money in banking which is fees. That is how they make their money and why they likely dropped the case against Ethereum. Ethereum's staking argument was flawed. I can stake Ethereum to get more ethereum. There was a prominent banker that said "Ethereum looks to outperform Bitcoin this year during and around the Bitcoin ETF due to Ethereum's value. I plan on adding my stuff now into Ethereum but not adding until a month after the announcement. Weirdly right now, it takes about a month after an announcement for things to start their directional moves and a supply crunch to happen like with Bitcoin. But most of this is them seeing that they can make about 1 billion in fees per year off of this ETF. This will likely create a bubble for sure.

Also when looking for correlation with US Presidential elections, 2020 and 2008 were BOTH election years. So yeah 2024 might be pretty bad for ALL economic issues ...INCLUDING BTC. Be as bullish as you want. I am. But when commercial real estate issues hit the banks in the USA, BTC will NOT skyrocket when everything else crashes....maybe the year after. But consider the possibility of a black swan event and the effect on the price of BTC.

Everything globally IS messed up. We are ripe for a catastrophic event because of the global macro economy issues. Yes bitcoin is great and can be A solution. But if everything crashes like 2020, BTC will crash too. That's what I'm saying. 25-30k isn't out of the question in a global black swan event.
