I saw this match while on vacation at Cancún, the hotel was brodcasting the match in a event hall with a home theatre projector. There was a buffet with carnitas, tortillas, totopos, salsa, pico de gallo, etc. I remember there were also a lot of korean families watching the match, the expereince was a amzing, I made friends with some koreans and they were so polite and friendly. MÉXICO LOVES KOREA

Sangwoo Park You may have not seen the Swedish or an average WorldCup match in which a team is leading by one goal. Players literally start falling to the ground with no reason, no more attack but time wasting in corner zone, minutes lost for substitutions etc.

Sangwoo Park they wasted time by playing one touch and and making it so they couldn't do throw ins quick. Compared to the Sweeden game against them where the players were throwing themselves on the ground for Korea it was a much more respectful game

everyone saying it was a dirty match. no it wasn't, it was a fast paced game and fouling was a tactic, to cut off rhythms and possible counter attacks. fouls are part of the game and the world cup stage is an intense play field. you can't blame the fouls.

First they have to worry about getting through the group stage... They have to not lose by more than 2 goals in their match against Sweden if they want to pass to the next round. And then there's the Mexican curse of the "fifth game", Mexico has only been able to get to the quarter finals on two occasions, 1986 and 1970 (Both world cups being hosted by Mexico!)... Not to mention that there is a chance we'll be facing Brazil on the fourth game...
Anyway, I'm more than satisfied with what has been accomplished by the Mexican Football team, beating the German Champions was crazy and unexpected... I have not cried for a goal like that in a long long time.
