Born and raised here I never New it existed, it goes to show you how much history San Antonio has. Love my home town and yes it was a whole lot different 15 years ago before they started transforming Texas to the new California.
I agree. Born and raised 30yrs here in December and never new this existed. And those California's will destroy our home
The communist will not win
......A true pace of peace and beauty......I hope it will be preserved for all future generations....
How many people get to work in a place where, if asked what does this place mean to you personally; can’t answer without actually choking up? I’m glad that people like that are taking care of this please. Passion like this seems to be getting so rare.
Right there with you brother.
Such a beautiful place of tranquility. Thank you for sharing. It would be an honor and blessing to be allowed such sacred solitude.
So interesting! I would like to move from Russia to Texas 😁
You are cool.
Never even knew this existed! Need to visit after the lockdown is over. Thanks for a great video!
Thank you Sisters!
Blue holes are the best! It is amazing to me that they really exist and aren't just some kind of mirage.
the emotions at the end... it got me... I love my city!
Now I want to go down to San Antonio just to see this! Thanks TCR for sharing!
I used to visit my aunt at the convent . Her name was Sister M Constance (Kapitza) I was around 8 or 10 years old . Now I am 68 years old but still remember the springs.
Thanks for sharing this video, this so nice.
I visited San Antonio in 1965 but never knew about this place. It would be fun to visit the city again.
Refer you to Edwardsaquifier.net for detailed historical information regarding the Blue Hole and other springs in the San Antonio area , considered sacred to the native people. BTW, The tree looks to be at least 400- 500 years old, judging by trees known to be 500 to 1,000 years old in the state.
I would love to check out Blue Hole and all of the missions in San Antonio. I haven’t been to San Antonio in a couple of years. Thinking about going next year.
And I wasted my time on the riverwalk when I was down there :(
Beautiful
Very Good....
Wow , who knew 🤗👍👍🇺🇸
And there are some CRAZY legends and stories about the blue hole. You can look them up. Yikes!!
Interesting
👍👍
Thought it was stop and smell the roses.
Remember The Mac Davis song?
I guess it’s better to look at a blue hole than a brown hole
My alma mater
Thumbs Up for more reasons texans should stay in Texas....
Unfortunately at the river walk there’s beer cans to go packaging and other trash floating through there That’s not a beautiful spot
The first people would have used this spring and had a special attachment to it ,but now religion has stolen it and shut the first people out ,
