Is DRG/DNC capped speed without dw gear? I've not tried the build yet
@@CallMekwech DRG is almost capped without any DW (78.75% haste), so really you only need 6%DW to cap, so even 10% from DWI is overkill and 15% from DWII is already useless and just limiting TP per hit. DWIII would be really bad.
