As a firmer progressive, I’m guessing it was the same people who’ve been elected to pursue an environmental agenda but have used that to pursue what they believe is a moral agenda and is actually a political agenda. Many describe this as ‘red/brown’ allegiance. These days though it’s red/green maybe.. but essentially the same thing.

I kind of don’t even like the word Solidarity’ now. When it’s used to excuse terrorism it makes me wonder if the ‘reds under the beds’ wasn’t an over reaction after all. I am still into inclusion etc, but all this has made me question my assumptions about motive and taking people’s stories at face value.
If the atrocities of October 7th were not acts of terrorism what were they.

UNRWA covers many locations. One would never know this from the conversation. We're the teacher's local UNRWA staff or contractors? The facility, was it leased like most or owned by the UN? It would be interesting to know in detail instead of just wrapping an overly abstract acronym around the situation. - not that the detail would justify anything but it would explain where things really went wrong in the UN system.

Francesca Albanese is in the radical group. She believes it isn’t terrorism. She was in Australian show Q&A a few months ago. It was shocking how aggressively rude and dismissive she was. There is a smugness in the people who believe terrorism can be justified. She is on the record as literally blaming Israel for the Hamas attack. In all honest she is someone I’d have to dig deep to spit on if she was on fire. I can’t say I feel that about many people, but imv I think she has encouraged terrorism every step of the way.
