I think with all these hack videos the sims creators has caught on lol In the filter box when u check the free box for things I got one free carpet added it to do a trick that was in another video sold that for what was not a profit so it didn't work anyway that's the only free item I found then after I done that just that once the only free carpet disappeared so lol

Your profit is only 12, 710. You didn't subtract the expsenses. But still, it works and still has profit. Thanks
For the first one or the second one that I did? Profit for 1st one is 18,310. I did take into account the expenses when I calculate the second one. I used the amount I had before buying anything (before expenses) minus the amount I have after selling (new asset) = negative profit. Take out negative sign = profit.

You should be able to delete/sell rooms by clicking on the room. If that does not work then I don't know, something is wrong with the game then
That happened to me but I was doing something wrong! You have to press the room you want to sell a little bit longer!
