White Castle isn't fine dining food. It's what we called "Biomass." But it's not a complete White Castle meal without these three essentials: the place being filled with high school and college kids; at least one person passed out on a table; having to carry some unconscious person out to a car.

Not the REGGIE FISH 😂 I have a great White Castle story, I was in Nashville recording with one of my old bands, we decided to try it for the first time after a 10 hour day of recording. After like 20 minutes in the drive thru we see two employees walk out the back door and take their work shirts off. My singer was like “Man I think they just quit” and sure enough when we got to the speaker about 20 more minutes later they mentioned they were “extremely short staffed” 😂 it was worse than the microwaved stuff

White Castle's main competitor is Krystal. It's basically the Southern version of White Castle, but I've heard from friends who live in the Northern US that Krystal is definitely the better option. They have some locations in Florida.

Word of advice Daym...never listen to a Floridian when they suggest "Northern" based food. I made that mistake when I first moved to Tampa.
Drove from Michigan to Lexington, KY via Indianapolis with a friend. In Indy, she says, "Let's get some White Castle. The reason they call 'em sliders is because they slide right through you." So we did. I percolated gas from Indianapolis to Lexington, none-stop. I never had WC before. She went into the hotel in Lexington while I percolated. When she got back into the car, I could tell she was disgusted, as was I.

White Castle is all about quantity not quality. 39 dollars for a crave case that used to be 19.99 often they can't count, one would have 1 pickle another would have 3 pickles the next has no pickles, they are desperate

White Castles is something to snack on once in a while. They've never been one of my favs. Sliders on plain or Hawaiian rolls I can do at home.
Its very easy to make your own white castle style sliders. you carmelize a bed of onions and add some water, then put the sliders directly ontop of the onions, put small holes in the patty so it steams evenly, flip, add some cheese and a pickle, then scoop it directly onto a bun with some of the onions.
Easy peasy, lemon 🍋 squeezy!

I was a 15 year old stoner in Connecticut when Harold and kumar was in theaters. Me and 4 friends rolled gottis and took the trip to white planes New York while watching the movie on the DVD player in the car to try White Castle. The food was a disappointment but the memories are great.

While you was there rite next door was Portillo's Orlando that sells Chicago Famous Italian Beef, along with other items on menu and next door to that is Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers all three restaurants rite close to each other down on Palm Parkway in that area

The biggest does not mean the best, period. These White Castles are in my area, so the idea of making a point to go the biggest one, regardless where it is, is meaningless. Their food is known to need ketchup, mustard or anything else to enhance the taste. With nothing on the food, you are in for a disappointment, no question.
