how do you instantly turn back and skate again? which button?
Double tap back then R1. Or it might be L1. It's muscle memory for me to be fair. Very useful technique to learn. Good luck dude

what is your favorite and least favorite level across thps1+2
My least favorite is probably Bullring unless you include Chopper Drop. My favorite scoring map is Hanger although it's quite a boring line. I think for general fun and improv it's Venice Beech. How about you?

Dany, haven't played the new ones. But it reminds me that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 had way better levels than 2. The school level in 2 doesn't even have a good bowl or anywhere to really hit some good airtime combos. Most levels don't.
There is a bowl in the hidden area in school 2. But I agree that school on thps1 is a better scoring map

This could be done much faster especially that School run. Mine is 1:20 on that level. However, haven't sped run the whole game though. This is making me wanting to do that.
Agreed! I know there is a much quicker line through school. My PB is much better but I find the line in this video is more reliable for me. You should definitely give the whole playthrough a go. Downtown and streets ruined so many of my runs lol
@arockrules178 yeah those 2 are the toughest for sure. They are very doable under 2 mins though. The 2nd game is much easier to speed run. Venice and Philly are the trickiest but not too bad.

Yeah this is 1+2 remastered. I'm playing PS4 version on PS5
They should make it harder to master the moves like doing special combos to get the moves unlocked like on street fighter
