Popeye is far beyond invincible You cannot be a cartoon unless you are a cartoon Saitama is not. Popeye survived his universe being turned off. He also managed to reform from nothingness on multiple occasions.

saitama is infinitely strong and durable, but..
popeye works with two simple rules:
1) if he gets the spinach, he always wins
2) *he always gets the spinnach*
