    This is good. I do quite a few of them during my cool down but would try to do the whole set from now onwards. Just a query, I do the cool down after coming back home from the club i.e. after 15 mins of completing my last match. Is this fine? Also I do go to shower just after my cool down. Is that right or should I wait for some more time before the shower.

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  Před 4 lety

      I grew up thinking i needed to rest after playing before hitting the showers but when I got exposed to other countries such as china, korea & many more, the players after they stretch head straight to the showers. Just dont stay too long in the showers that you start feeling cold already. I like hot baths but il always end with cold before i get out of the showers, it always makes me feel refreshed. With regards to your question, if its just 15 min to get home i believe its fine to do stretching then.
