This course is so helpful Joanie! I'm really intrigued by the different features some of the monitors you've shared have. I've been tethering to my laptop with the free Sony app (Imaging Edge), but the capacities are very limited for video. It's so helpful to be able to learn about the alternatives without spending a penny. Thank you!
Absolutely! So happy to help.
Another free option is the Canon Camera Connect app. I personally don't have trouble with it, despite its reputation, and love it when I need a cordless connection. The downside is that it drains my phone battery very quickly.
I do lots of food photography, do u recommend me to use a monitor, I have the atomos shinobi
Hi, joannie thanks fir the wonderful mini course , does crop sensor or full frame matters here?
Crop sensor will impact the appearance of the focal length like it does in stills, but it's not going to affect the overall picture quality or change the settings or gear you use. I started on crop and it served me well for quite a long time!
@@TheBiteShot you know you are the best and we love you :)
