“Casino Bribes Police” is in reference to the fact that you will lose any wanted level when you enter the casino.
It refers to how the police respond so much quicker to the casino than anywhere else
@Historic Reenacting But something important to keep in mind is that most businesses (as far as I'm aware) require you to be out of sight of the cops, whereas entering the casino will lose your wanted level regardless to whether or not they can see you.

the reason why the Mile high club tower was never finished is because in a side mission you do for Lester as Franklin in story mode, you assassinate the Head architect, and NPCs mention the difficult time the tower is having during construction, so with the death of several workers and the architect, it makes sense it was never finished.
They could at least finish it in online, since it's most likely proven that online takes place after the story mode

The "calls of death" refer to not being able to do much (for example: defend yourself) until you are able to click away the call, which is bad in high stakes situations, like in a firefight. I have also found that you can sometimes not exist a vehicle when being called, leading to at least one death by explosion.
I was falling about to pull my parachute once and bryony called instantly killing me...

This is referring to the N icon on your gta radar. The icon is impossible to reach without using mods because it is far beyond the map border. The N icon will only appear in story mode and not online
I’ve seen people using mods to go out to it and theres an actual N that you can see in game

The casino bribing the police;
It’s mentioned in one of the ways you do the heist but Lester says the cops get to the casino way faster when it’s there money inside, or something along those lines. It’s not that hard to think about there’s a cop shop literally across the street

Your character's voice is your own voice, this is apparent when you speak into your mic and see your mouth move in game. Your character is you.
I'm not sure because the character seem to be able to talk on his own.
Like, in some cutscenes you can see the character getting ready to speak but he gets interrupted by an another character before he does.

I think the exploding clouds could be what you hear in GTA story mode when you're in your house and you hear an explosion near by. For anybody that doesn't know, the random explosions outside your house in story mode are planes crashing because the npc flying it despawned which can be a regular occourence in both GTA story mode and online so there might be a possibility that it's the same thing. I've had some expierience with this like sometimes in story mode I'll play and go to a garage and then a car door will open or close without anything actually interacting with it. This can be the dame for GTA online because I'm sure everyone reading this has seen an npc car spawn out of nowhere
those explosions are pilots from commercial airplanes that despawn when they get too close to you due to a glitch, causing the plane to crash. so it wouldnt really be exploding clouds, as its nowhere near the clouds

my internet is so bad I get solo public sessions all the time and I even didn’t know that that could be helpful

Pretty sure “North” is just an inside joke between gamers of how when they were kids, they always tried to reach the “N” (North icon) in the map
Back in 2014, when I couldn't figure out how to continue story mode since there were no mission icons on the map, I tried to reach the N lmao

I don't believe the North thing is just a joke, I remember while once selling my weed business there was this spot near paleto bay, that if you flew over, your vehicle would despawn and you would spawn back on the shore near paleto bay. I don't remember what the name is called for this glitch or bug in fact it may be patched but thats what I think it could mean

There's also a date that flashes "2020" which could definitely be referencing to how far he's come as a CZcamsr
Cliffford was recovered by the Duggans and used him to control the gas/oil prices in the criminal enterprises update.
Also the siezure skies could be referencing the event that happens while the skybox is rotating, if you look at one cloud and follow it, you'll see that it moves in one direction then snaps back to where it used to be like a repeating gif.
Wasn't Clifford recovered by the FIB and not knowing it's danger it was sold at highest price?

I’m pretty sure the “Casino bribes police” thing is referring to the possibility that the Duggans have paid off the LSPD to respond as fast as possible when you rob the Diamond Casino Heist. Lester has a voice line about this during the heist.

The "brackets" ("[][][][][][][][]") are likely boxes/squares/"tofu" that comes from characters unsupported by the game's font. GTA uses a set of various fonts that are limited in what characters they can display if you play with a language that uses the latin script; said font cannot display, for example, Chinese and Japanese text. On the other hand, R* makes the game change font for other languages, for example when you play in Chinese, it switches all fonts to a generic font that has a wider range of supported characters (and you no longer see various fonts - eg, no cursive font for the location/vehicle display on bottom right of the screen, no handwritten font on heist planning boards, and no font option altogether when buying an office).

I actually got banned back in the day because a modder trapped me and the rest of the lobby in a cage and started dropping money, I got like 300k before joining a new lobby, but moments later I got banned....
I did eventually get my account back, but it took them like almost a year to "Review my Account"
I tried contacting them 3 times, and i was actually able to get talking to a real person, the first time they said they would review my account within 2 months, I contacted them again a few months later, but they had no record of my case so they said they would do it again, another 2 months and again I contacted them and same story, but again they said they would put my account up for review.
I finally lost hope that time, but 2ish months later I got an e-mail saying my account was FINNALLLLYYY unbanned, except it was also completely reset from level 180ish.....

3:05 Not only is the Epsilon Program mentioned through GTA IV, GTA 5 and GTA Online. It is mentioned in a radio commercial in GTA San Andreas.
Plus there are a couple of GTASA NPCs who make references to epsilon (kifflum brother brother!)
Also theres a secret i found today. In a mission, where you get the pilot for cayo perico where you must kill the loan sharks, there are oranges, if you shoot the oranges, it shoots blood out of it (Similar blood to the blood house you showed on the twilight zone)

The character NPC also for some reason disappears the moment they go off camera. Your character also makes a hurt noise when they get thrown out of someone's nightclub by the bouncers.

Actually, every creature breaks when it comes to emotes or entering vehicles. Why do you think we never see AI with any pets in their vehicle. Chop seems to be the only one that breaks this rule, but that’s probably because he is a main/side character and probably has certain scripts that are attached to him.

About the GTA tsunami proofs, when you go to the barber shop near trevor's house, and look around, you'll see there's a picture frame taken from the vinewood sign while capturing a massive tsunami behind the city of Los Santos.
There’s also a mission from the terrabyte where you use drones to get inside the life invader building and Paige points out the players that security has been tighter ever since the CEO’s death from story mode
But doesn’t the gta online story take place 9 months before the main story

In the casino heist, you can find a sewer tunnel as an entrance (Also the same sewer tunner that Franklin and Micheal use in the jewel robbery) And Lester clearly states he remembers the tunnel. Also, when you're in the cargobob to parachute on the roof, Lester says "I've missed having the sound of a roter blade in my comms. It's like an old friend! Actually, scratch that. The less said about my old pals, the better."

Rockstar missed out on an expanded easter egg with that 8-run killer thing.
"Four called mom" should have been "Four under floor", and the player could find the first 4 bodies under a floor somewhere.
I would like to also add something: The tsunami theory is apparent when the radio host on radio los Santos says: " I'm buying a house on top of mount chilliad, because soon that's gonna be beach front property".

The exploding clouds thing is simply players exploding something near where your going to spawn. It’s similar to voice chat and how you can hear people talk before you actually spawn.
10:19 If you use your character inside Director Mode, and free fall without a parachute, your character wills scream, so there is another voice
Another thing for Lester being LJT is that when you buy the master control terminal for your arcade, when Lester is giving the tutorial on how to use it he says “you can run jobs for the LJT guy... whoever he is” or something like that. When I first heard this I just thought it was Rockstar poking fun at how often he calls you
"North", if this is a reference to the North icon on the map, is actually a reachable point, when using mods and its about 65km out of San Andreas. Going even further out to about 80 to 85ikm, will make your camera eventually stop following you.
A while ago you could do this without mod menu, since there was a glitch that allowed the Toreador fly limitless using its turbo. Now that glitch it's patched. I managed to go like 200 km away from LS with that glitch

19:54 It could be referring to something else, I've heard these weird noises while driving in GTA Online, sometimes in Story Mode too I think. I'm unsure if my Radio was on every time or not, but I've heard these weird noises that sound like some weird morse code transmissions or something, some sort of signal being sent, the vehicles picking it up. I know it's GTA V specifically, because I've never heard the noise anywhere else, and it's only been whenever I was driving a vehicle

in GTA theres a feature/possible bug where if you drive under bridges/and or in tunnels, story mode or not, your radio will begin to make weird sounds as a result of slightly losing connections to stations and so on that sounds like a high pitched repeated morse code-esque rhythmic clicking
I actually got the Galaxy livery for my Avenger. I had no clue they were from 2017 to 2018, so I didn't write down what I did to share to others.
The “gta story isn’t canon” theory is completely bogus because Trevor himself appears in online multiple times. Most notably in the series A heist.
Also during the prep or finale of one of the LS tuners heists KDJ mentions the time when someone hit the pacific standard bank and even robbed the casino

It makes even less sense when you see that the only thing that really gets Trevor mad when the people raid his trailer in the missions is that his Impotent Rage statue that he cries with after Series A is destroyed.

You know when you enter the casino while being wanted,the wanted level disappear?My theory is that the casino bribes the LSPD to stop chasing the player to avoid scaring their customers and potentially damaging their reputation.

I disagree with the calls of death. They most likely mean, when you get a phone call while being attacked you can't defend yourself anymore, can't run, can't jump, can't cover and most likely die. The one that happened the most to me, is the one from Agathe Baker in one of the casino missions where you meet Mr. Dugan with Mr. Cheng on the whine hill.
Pretty sure the "North" entry that you couldn't explain is the fact that you can visit the North "N" on the minimap. Nothing there, though. Just ocean. Makes the "N" pull toward the center of the Minimap instead of the edge.
Every single time I load into a session in this game I hear at least one explosion. Every time without fail.

In regards to the Diamond Valet there’s a 3rd audio file that can be heard sometimes when sourcing the getaway vehicles for the casino heist. Lester will say “today you’ll be doing some undercover valet work, dangerous business I know, but I think you’ll be ok.”

What if the suicidal drivers are actually the NPC AI evolving? Think about all the NPCs you have carjacked and/or killed. They “wake up” in a hospital get a new car and see you on the other side of the road again & again. Eventually they just snap.
theres another theory that im pretty sure was confirmed by an ex rockstar employee (though dont quote me on that) that the suicidal drivers are to prevent loading screens. If the driver hits you and slows you down it means that the game has time to load the next area before you get there. Otherwise you would hit a loading screen this way rockstar can continue to claim GTA online has no loading screens other than the initial one

For the north it could be the N on the miny map and people have done travelling to the N in diffrent gta games
The N is in Reality an icon located on top of the map, you can get to it using shunt hopping arena vehicles

Calls of Death refers to the calls by NPCs in Online timed so badly it ends up causing the death of the player by blocking the ability to steer an aerial vehicle, to open the parachute, etc.
Or when you go 1vs1 vs someone and the 0.0001 when you get clear shot, they call you.

"Lock on reveals true threat" is a reference to vehicles with lock-on missiles sometimes locking on to random traffic cars. If I remember correctly, during one of the Deluxo missions in the Doomsday Heist, they'll lock on to a random BF Surfer that's scripted to drive by.
Very good👏 I use the "threats only" targeting priority, I am constantly locking onto random unmarked or personal looking npc helicopters, cars and trucks. I always try to follow them until I get bored.

I literally had the same happen to me today, but I was going to my new coke farm to set it up and it drove by and my Sparrow locked onto it? Weird stuff. Oh, it wasn't a BF Surfer, but a BF Injection instead.
Probably those NPCs are not fleeing if you're attacking them. Eg mostly around the Alamo Sea where the people use guns against you if you're insulted them. Try to point a gun from your car at a tractor driver! :)

This is how i still enjoy gta online in 2021 on pc: join an invite only session with my gf and a couple friends, do missions, races, play black jack at the casino, do the cayo perico heist solo, do other heists and shit it is so fun tbh

I think that the "casino bribes police" mean is when you have a wanted level and enter the casino and then leave you no longer have a wanted level and this also applies to when you kill one of the NPCS at the roof terrace you get a 3 star wanted level
fun fact, when creating your character, there are 2 very funny options for your dad. One is a man named John that looks exactly like John Marston from Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2, and the other is very clearly Niko from GTA IV (he is even named Niko)
