I'm really interested in seeing who's gonna take the golden boot
Easy W Granit Xhaka
😭😂
😂😂 Are you serious about this question??
Last year's Golden boot was 23
Man already has 14 in 8 games!!!! 😂😭😭😭😭 Just a quarter into the league 😩💔💔
They might have to change it to the platinum or diamond boot this year boys
Harry maguire
Its absolutely insane how one man and one team can absolutely destroy an entire league of fully professional footballers, he is a class act 👏
2nd time
Same thing happened back more than a decade ago with Messi, i guess this time, it will be the beggining of Haaland's dominance in football.
@@badasstasticusbadass4908 when all you score is tap-ins I would be a beast too 😂😂
@@animalmgsavage9346 Yeah... like... 14 goals so far and we aren't even at the half of the season, first the world was broken by some Argentinian midget, now this massive Viking comes out of nowhere after raiding the Bundesligue and now he is going to turn the Prem upside down.
@@animalmgsavage9346 hmm...why is city not paying u then?
its easy to be confident sitting at home when you have zero experience of real world
check out Haaland's assist to Phil for his 3rd goal. Erling slipped on the pass and got right back up in case there was a defect. He wants to score every time down the pitch... but he enjoys his teammates goals as much as his own
There is one action where a United player clattered him and instead of rolling on the floor , he got up and ran towards the opposition goal. This goal gives me young Ronaldo r9 determination vibes. A player you have to break his legs in order to completely stop him.
Totally, most players will "fall" just by a touch, Haaland usually just ignore it and moves on even more determent.
Haaland plays with his heart too
One of the Norwegian downhill giants was shown to have extrem periferal vision at high speeds (you know, when you normally get tunnel seeing). Maybe there is something in the water there, or in the gene pool?
@@ingmarkronfeldt6174 I am sure this ability can be trained so he must be extremely good at it. You can see that by watching him when someone has the ball and he anticipate what happens next and move into that space before anyone even think about it.
Haaland's biggest strengths imo are his spatial awareness, positioning (never seen the guy offside) and vision. He is always looking around for chances and when he gets he pounces on them like a beast. A generational player.
He’s only been offside twice this season in 8 games. Which is crazy because he plays “on the shoulder” so to speak. He’s always in prime position to be offside but he never is, shows how smart he is
@@crx1894 one of the players he based his style of play is Vardy tbf
@@siphomnisi3842 Vardy is the closest I could think of. Spot on
Don't forget the fact that he actually hits the goal 8 or 9 out of 10 times, and not just the goal but outside of the reach of the keeper...! It's not easy and most players will often miss the goal totally when a hard cross comes in and you have to time how and when you hit the ball, he is unbelievable good at this, of course the other things you said so the combination leads to extreme results. The people that brush it off with "just tap-ins" have no clue.
@@truxton1000 people use the same logic of tap ins to discredit Ronaldo. This itself breaks their logic.
It always seemed rediculous to me when they said he couldn't put up the same numbers in England
But putting better ones 😭
He isn’t, he’s putting more
Typical premier league fanboys
Its because of how biased people are towards Premier League. In City he also has better team mates.
They said an old zlatan couldnt do it (so he did it), ronaldo came back at 36 and ended the year as the third highest scorer at 37 years old.
Lewandowski was "only" scoring cuz he played in the bundesliga, now hes doing it in spain and its "oh but it aint the premier league".
Not sure why fans of the premier league have this superiority complex and think most players must prove themselves there or else they really aint all that....
It was beyond foolish to think haaland wasnt going to keep scoring in england.
Haaland's goals and such are all well and good. But he also seem like a really genuine and fun dude to be around, which earns my respect.
meh. I don't forget the dive without being touched at all at 99' in a fucking CHARITY FRIENDLY MATCH against Barça that allowed City to draw, counting on the absence of VAR during friendlies.
How bad does your fair play have to be to fake a dive last minute to not lose a friendly match? bad sportsmanship
he's a monster with the ball of course, no one can deny that
@@TheSpartanS196 Take a look at the reactions all around, both directly after the play and after the match. Not one of the players cared. There were half hearted arguments from the Barca players for a second, but they got on with it. Pep and Xavi embraced after the match, all smiles. It's a charity match, the result doesn't matter. They didn't care, and neither should you. Lighten the fuck up.
@@lafoonxiii5311 that's not the point. Of course it doesn't matter. That's exactly why diving last minute is embarrassing. It would be actually more understandable if it was a champions league final, at least you have a reason to do so (even though, in a Champions league final, VAR would be there to nullify it).

I am a united fan and I continued to watched the whole game after my dad had walked away after 3-0 just to see haaland score and play more. He is undeniably going to be the best player in the world.
He's best itw
Same, I am a united fan but just watching him and seeing him succeed in that way is amazing. United is anyway miles off City even without Haaland so not really a shock to see them lose as we are used to it now. Times will change though so we are waiting patiently.
Im not watching the pl, but some games of City just to see haaland play, hes incredible

@@truxton1000 wait for what, theres already CR7, i dun understand how u guys so bad
Just puts into perspective how insane Messi's 91 goal season was.
Godly season. I still think it’s not true and check again for the 40th time everytime someone brings it up. 73 just for Barcelona as well 🤯
Small correction, it wasn't a season, it was a calendar year. So it was the End of one Season, and the first part of another.
Well that’s actually his record in a calendar year and in all competitions, but it’s still completely insane though (just saying it’s an unfair comparison). Messi’s highest scoring goals in the league was 50 in 2012, which was 15 less than Haaland’s projected goals at the time if he had continued in his reign of terror; once again, not trying to take away from Messi, he’s the goat in my opinion, I’m just saying it’s a bad comparison lol
This 12y old kids keep talking about messi in all videos get messi of your head for one day for god sake
He's definitely going to break the goal scoring record in the PL. Maybe even get 40+.
Maybe? No, 40 plus is a certainty.
@@ptptpt123 I still can't believe he's nearly at 20 goals and it's only 4 days into October, there aren't any words to describe what he's doing

Haaland has been created in a lab. His father created and cultured him to be the greatest goal scorer in the history of the game. He has made very smart career moves, choosing to play for City instead of Madrid/ Barca to develop his game, and playing for Pep ( who his known for developing players i.e Messi, Sane, Sterling, Thiago) instead of joining Man u or Chelsea who ruin strikers. Forza Haaland
No way he's lab grown, we don't have the tech to make something this dominant

@@monstergaminghd1083 oi we found the hater. Wanna see you karate kick a ball 2 meters in the air in to the net. .
@@monstergaminghd1083 His dribbling is way above average when compared to other players of similar height. As for the tap-ins...it's his own merit for the fact that he's able to read and receive passes better than 99.9% of strikers. Scoring tap-ins is not about shooting technique or fine skills, but about the intelligence of reading the game and being there at the right time.
He took the captain America serum
The things i love about haaland is his humble and team player. He always tried to be at the right position at the right moment but when he didn’t at the right position he always looked for creating the chances or make assist. He always talk about teammates after the match.
Yet he doesn't gives alot of assists

i've been telling people all along. ever since he was at salzburg and i saw him score against liverpool i thought "how lucky. he was in the perfect position to score." but then he kept doing it over and over again. his knowledge of positioning and movement is SPECIAL. i've never seen anything like this player before. not only that he's tall strong fast skilled it feels unfair for everyone else almost.
And the 100% effort, even on pressing, for a player that big and talented is crazy
He is like Usain bolt. At first runner coach didn't like Usain because he is tall they think because he is big tend to slow. But once he is tall and fast nothing can stop him

He’s a beast no doubt. Doesn’t always work this way tho, maybe he’s peaking now.. just enjoy the ride
@@samnathan2709 That's what I thought. I don't think he can improve really, he just needs to manage fatigue, injury and his speed.

People always fall for this logic. Most players don't get better with time. Look at Hazard look at Griezmann. You should just enjoy incredible form right now and not expect getting better and better all the time, not everyone is Messi or Ronaldo.
He reminds me of when I played FIFA's Player career mode on amateur as a ST and scored like 4-5 goals every game. I had no idea that this can actually be done in real life...
😂 good comparison
Messi and Ronaldo have been doing this for ages, were you living under a rock?
@@monstergaminghd1083 but mans is doing it at younger age. Look at Kane this season and he's honestly been in blistering form with 7 goals in 8 games. He's on track for a 30+ goal season and possibly equal or break the record. However Haaland has double that tally and is an "unfamiliar league and system" under a manager whose players are known to need a season to settle in. Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi ruined football in all honesty and this guy's current form looks on track to put those mythical numbers to shame. Utterly ridiculous and in all honesty I don't know why they haven't banned him yet

I saw what he could do as a Dortmund fan. Now time to sit back, relax, and watch the Premier League become Erling's bitch.

That won't happen if he takes a bullet to the knee *wink* *wink*
Dear feds,
This is a joke
Vikings raiding England again. :)
Haaland has that thing a lot of modern sports fans wanna see in star players in any sport....killer instinct...or Mamba mentality if you will. That mental thought to not care how early or how late a game is, no matter the score, you're still pushing 200% with effort. I remember when a viewer on my twitch stream asked me, Haaland or Mbappe and I told him Haaland. Because he has that ability to finish and do video game like shit. He could do it in any league, any country. And with his size...its hard to stop him from doing whatever he wants in an attacking position.
Mbappe is also a drama queen
I'm not saying this because I am a fan of Erling Haaland, but your video is one of the best I've seen out of all the ones I've watched thus far. Your presentation, pronunciation, delivery, storyline, whatever it's called, this looked very polished, effortless and entertaining. I couldn't just leave without saying that and subscribing. Looking forward to your other videos. Well done!
So I'm from Germany, but not a BVB nor FCB fan (my favourite team plays 3rd League yay).
And I did predicted that Haaland would break the Premier League. Everybody watching him week in, week out (meaning basically every German football fan) knew that he is a generational talent and has his feet firmly on the ground. He's there to *play football*
The only reason the numbers @BVB are lower than at City is that the facilitating is significantly worse in Dortmund (it's less of Dortmund being bad and more of City being *that good* ). If he would have been a Bayern player he easily would has reached such numbers (if not higher).
Haaland matches perfectly with City. They play to create chances in the box. He is an absolute clinical monster in the box. Can score with every part of his body. My father regularly compared him to Gerd Müller (who is colloquially known as "The guy who can score with his butt") in his drive towards the goal. Absolute madlad.
Waldhof Mannheim Fan?
Agreed, absolutely crazy. One thing I would add I'd say it's more that Haaland is amazing and City are amazing more than Haaland fitting City. Haaland is fast, clinical and direct. He often has very few touches, running into position and finishing. City fits Haaland because they are a chance creating machine, but City want a fluid quick front line playing 50 passes as they build up to a goal. Haaland doesn't necessarily fit City, Haaland is just that good at scoring goals that you have to sign him if you can
@@joshdunne8792 I'm not so sure. Pep tried to bring in Zlatan to Barca (this failed), then he had Lewandowski at Bayern (which worked pretty decent) and now he has Haaland at City. Haaland is good but he can't do everything. But put him into a team which can do pretty much everything he can't and his strengths will shine
Perfectly summed up

TBH KDB's crosses aren't that inaccurate anymore if you check, haaland's goals are him usually him mimicking the bundesliga's logo..... on the ground too. But man has put all of his haters quiet by passing every test especially against Dortmund and Man UTD. He finally got his revenge against Man UTD. Can't wait to see him against liverpool.
His movement inside the box is incredible. When shots come in, other attackers and defenders are static but Haaland is continually moving. He and city are also a great match as they have such creative players and he offers the perfect outlet.
He is going to do to the EPL what Messi and Ronaldo did to La Liga for the next 10 years. As a United fan all I can do is applaud the guy/ I can't cry anymore about my own club, done it for the last 10 years. I really like these types of videos, there’s still so munch to see of different teams and leagues this season however highlighting certain outstanding players it gives me hopes up there’s still a generation to come full of Ronaldos, Messis.
I saw another very informative video about Haaland, his biggest strength seems to be his "scanning" of the other players, especially the defenders. He is looking and analysing his surroundings twice as much as the second best player in this category. That is the reason he ALWAYS knows, where to stand, when to sprint etc. You have very good and valid points too... Greetings from Germany, even though i am not an Dortmund-Fan i miss him in the Bundesliga
I remember commenting on Rory Jennings video when he said he won't meet expectations, would be lucky to score 15. My point was that he has no weaknesses. He's fast, tall, powerful and an excellent finisher. And those are his least terrifying attributes. The most scary bit about Haaland is his desire, belief and effort. You can see it on his face. He's oozing quality and he's disappointed that he's not better. He's not satisfied with being the best, he wants to be better than he is. In most cases, an attacking player comes to the epl and has to learn to be successful against the great teams/defenders in this league. In this case, the rest of the league is discovering that they can't do anything to contain him.
As an Arsenal fan, I hope that we can choke out the supply. I think that's the only way to limit his goal threat. I'm not hopeful, though.
I watched that and spit out my drink. There's "hot takes" and just absurdly ignorant ones. Haaland is a phenom and when you have a club like Manchester City he just feeds off that service. He is going to terrorize the English league for years to come.
Erling's career is on a fastlane and i hope nothing like adriano happens to him👏 this guy is a gift to the football world
Adriano is one-dimensional in his play. This Haaland is talented in many ways
You covered a lot of detail here, the stats are stunning! As a City supporter since 1966, I think we deserve this moment as recompense for all the heartbreak over our history! It's been an up-and-down life, but now, we are on the up-and-up! Let us enjoy it while we can! I think they will be needing to make many golden boots!
Kind of remarkable that he could probably leave the premiership right now and still be in the goat convo. As a united fan, i'm ashamed to admit i have secretly wished someone would Roy Keane him before the derby, but as a football fan i can't wait to see all the amazing things he does (to other teams). another top shelf offering m8.
I said it when he signed: "It's over". There's no coming back from this.
Back when Solskjær had just gotten the manager job at ManU, every single sports headline in Norway was all about him. His name was more commonly in the media than the prime minister was for six months. Norwegians like it when we have someone doing well in sports.
Unsurprisingly, that same thing is happening with Haaland now. He's just everywhere in the Norwegian media now. And since he's more likely to keep his job and win trophies than Ole (RIP ;( ) it's probably gonna stay that way for a while.
Haaland has been big in the Norwegian media for quite some time. Remember last half year of 2019 when he had his International break through with Salzburg. That half year was on par with Solskjaer and Odegaard in terms of media coverage. Though you can argue he is even bigger now.
He deserves all the attention he is getting.
@@tangbein he had a big bang breakthrough overnight
