You had that mounting bracken figured out after the seller of pump told you were they thought it should go. They should be paying you the rights to the mounting bracket set up.👍🚜
Well done. Just wondering if putting say 6 inches spacers on tank bottom support to lift tank up could have been another option if it did not affect centre of gravity to much when full.
Was that a 25 foot wide blade magnetic Milwaukee tape measure you were using? That is my absolute favorite tape. They go on sale at home depot around Christmas, 2 for 20$! I bought a bunch of them last year.
I ran a988g and 992g first edition for a couple years that was cat’s way to get away from the double boom but they have since went back to the double boom I liked the single boom you could see really good but it took away from there digging power I’ve noticed Andy your luck is like mine every time I buy something that is supposed to fit it never does always have to do what you did make it where it will fit but great video keep up the good work and I hope you all have a great year
Are you trying to prank us again!? LOL! You know what can happen! Good video, Andy. I don't know how you fit all that stuff on the planter. Thanks Andy.
Thanks Andy, I to had the Thought as Why not mount it Horizontally and rotate the Filters. Which brings up another question. What good is the 80 Micron filter if the 1st Filter is 50 Micron.? Mike M.
Always a good time to watch you show the engineers who think they are so smart how things are done. You should really Patton your new fabrication ideals. The right way its done...
Sadly, today's engineers don't seem to have a clue as to what their product is supposed to do, and even less idea of how to maintain it. Like putting a grease fitting behind 3 shields that take 4 different size wrenches to access, sometimes daily. Or 3" tall filters with 2" of access. I can go on....
I assume that they want to have a relatively coarse filter to protect the pump and a finer filter to protect the valves. For me that means that the suction filter (before the pumps) should be more coarse and the pressure filter (after the pumps) should be finer. I expected the 80 micron filter before the pumps and the 50 micron would be after the pump.
Farmer fixes in the field... usually dont need improvement..shed built are better. You guys build so much stuff..I HAVE FAITH YOURS IS GONNA DUITYOUR NEEDS. CARRY ON.
Andy, I am just curious on how you ever made it farming before CZcams? 🙃 I mean you got it made now with all the professional and expert help via CZcams.
I was hoping you were gonna tell us you bought the loader for less than scrap price and you were gonna dig a couple big lagoons then park it for a tourist/ play structure for future grandchildren !
That big loader is what you would see around here in the coal mines loading these trucks with coal. I was wondering why that pulled in there before you explained it lol
Hi Andy ! Maybe Andrew new toy ! haha! you have a beautiful planter and good job on it . Thanks Andy for your time and everybody have a good day at the farm ! 🙋♂️
But Andy I can't read the manufacturers name. Cane you make a "flag" pedestal somewhere on that bracket? Another great modification that will be used somewhere else.
Our local Kubota did the same for us. Our largest tractor is only 110hp aa we are only a small livestock farm. When we had just lost my dad which I was still trying to come to terms with as one month he was making hay with me and weaning the animals the next he was dead within two weeks of being dianosed with stomach cancer. In those two weeks you could tell who were friends and who were gosspis the former just stated they were sorry ro hear he was in hospital and if we needed any help let them know the others would constantly be messaging coming up with various thoughts and guesses as to why until we said then after losing him it was constantly so what are you going to do with the farm which got to the point mum had got fed up with the constant asking and said its going down to solar panels or her other go to caravans. While my brother who doesn't actually work on the farm was looking up how much it would it would cost to get a wind farm company logo etc embroidered on a jacket and some clothes. Kubota on the other hand did me a solid one of their larger M7 tractors which after the did you see and not even in the ground comments shut them up as it was they were driving it back to their workshop for a customer while trying to work out which sensor was causing it to randomly derate itself they were about to hit rush hour so asked if the could park it up in our yard. After the weekend they ended up getting it fixed and took it back to the customer. But it shut a lot up.
You have to listen to the bloody arm chair experts thought Andy. The only problem is you could have the machine nearly worn out before they come up with the answer.
That planter looks more complicated than the space shuttle,,,
And the space shuttle can't plant corn....
Why not???? Keep your neighbor farmers guessing "What is Andy doing now?"
I ran a 988 for quite awhile. You think they’re big until your coworker pulls up in the 994 and makes you look tiny. 😂
Andy needed a 996 to pack bunk! Haha
I was one of the screaming "lay it horizontal" crowd. Seemed obvious to me.
I have to play the part and add to the drama
"Hollywood Hourigan"!!!! 😂
I am excited to see the new rubber on that tractor. Gonna look good

Annoying comment.
It is made to fit a "standard" layout. Does it fit every possible model and option configuration? No.
Just a given.
Stop on by anytime Gary. Ask for Shane. I'm the desk jockey you speak of. Never even set foot in a tractor.
You had that mounting bracken figured out after the seller of pump told you were they thought it should go. They should be paying you the rights to the mounting bracket set up.👍🚜
EVERYONE, Please don’t forget to hit the like button.. Thanks to Andy and the team for the great show ❤
Awesome video thanks Andy nice job top team 🚜🚛🚜🚛🚜
We had 1 of those as a primary production loader at an underground mine I worked at. It was almost too big for the mine.
Thanks Andy, Another great Video. And thanks for the parlor update..
Well done. Just wondering if putting say 6 inches spacers on tank bottom support to lift tank up could have been another option if it did not affect centre of gravity to much when full.
Great job Andy. Awesome videos. Always watch all of your videos
Been there done that with a similar system on my 24 row. It’s a lot of messing around for sure getting it all figured out.
Finally someone recognizes me as an expert.
I hope they bring more than 2 tires. That inside rear had one big flat spot in it.
Thank you for another great video. Cheers
I always hated getting a new planter, it always seemed to take days and days to make it right.
Great video.. Thank you.
Andy, I love the kidding around! Keep it up!

Yes it is
@@FarmingFixingFabricatingThought so. Have one on my side all day everyday.
Nice one Andy, keep up the excellent work man.
It's amazing how the keyboard farmer''s think they know everything 😔Keep up the good work Andy.

40 inches.....
Are you sure 16 will fit???😂
Have a great weekend Andy!🤙
Next winter Andy, I see you building a new plate for pumps and filter which will fit more perfect then.
Are you trying to prank us again!? LOL! You know what can happen! Good video, Andy. I don't know how you fit all that stuff on the planter. Thanks Andy.
Good Video shows your creativity in being able to modify the bracket to fit. As for the Loader nice that you could let them park in the farm yard
Nice video Andy, thanks for sharing.
Good thing you have the experts.
You are getting the job done.
Awesome video Andy, what are holstein bull calves bringing in NY ??
Few hundred
It's a good thing you have experts to help you get things done. 😂😂
Thanks Andy,
I to had the Thought as Why not mount it Horizontally and rotate the Filters.
Which brings up another question. What good is the 80 Micron filter if the 1st Filter is 50 Micron.?

Maybe the pump breaks the lumps into smaller bits!!
@@rl3898 50 microns are smaller than 80...

@MorganOtt-ne1qj yeah I know what you mean. Seems like all they are thinking about how there going too pay for there next vacation and where.
? Do you have to winterize those pumps or do they drain out dry for the winter. Looks great
The fertilizer doesn’t freeze
My grandpa always told me to keep your eye on the dirt, it will never steer you wrong.
Another good one Andy I enjoy your video's KEEP THEM COMING 👍 🚜🇺🇸🐄
Great video as always Andy
How did you go about adding the extra tanks?
As a turf tech for Cazenovia equipment soon to be SNP I love watching your videos. Keep up the amazing work.
Thank you…. What store do you work at?
@@FarmingFixingFabricating the fulton location
They should pay you consultant fees for making it fit, then you can share the proceeds with your experts😂😂😂😂

That’s how it’s setup
Looks like it was meant to be there. You can now charge the company for design and engineering services 😁
I am a little surprised they are hauling that 988 G with the bucket on. I have seen them hauled around with the bucket taken off and hauled separate.
iv been waiting for this one andys steping up his game
Wow your rumors are almost as fast as c.n.n. nice planter hope you fly thru planting season with out gremlins
Andy , yes he will make it happen , your talent really shows , congratulations , stay safe , enjoy !
Do you think it's possible to make kit to plant seeds any more complicated with more possibilities for tripping into failure mode ???
It really depends on the mental capacity of the individual who is running said equipment
From my Keyboard Cowboy position, you should have tossed that planter and bought one that the pumps fit on W/O modifacation. LOL
Narrow transport planters are nice, until you try to add accessories.
Andy, great re-engineering job.
Twisted tea. Refreshing.
the master surgeon at work.
Enjoyed your show Andy
That is the size loader you need to clean out the manure pit.
And get back in place. As the great Joe Ganan { the appliance doctor} would say “its just that easy"
Just enjoy watching you go through the fabrication process with a brand new planter

CARRY ON.
Isn't that against the law kidding in public 😂😂
I say sneak the loader off and see what it weighs😆😆
Hey Andy , Lol You would look great driving a CASE big red !!!
I would have guessed it was a sand loader for scooping out the lagoon.
That's a big loader! Thats what she said! Lol
Amazing you can ever get anything done correctly without us Monday morning quarterbacks
988G , 55 tons, 475 hp = too much loader for your farm lol
Would the pumps have issues operating on their side? I really have no clue on how they work, was just curious.
No they wouldn’t
@@FarmingFixingFabricating Awesome! We had an inline gear oil pump take a dump supposedly because it wasnt vertical
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO ANDY 😊
You know if you just laid it down you wouldn’t need experts. Lol. Great job Andy love your fabrication skills.

Hey from finland.
I thought the big loader was going to be used to push up silage and pack the bunk ? ? ( I am kidding )

Junior could load out box stall manure in a day or two with that 988.
LOL your going to have to start charging these companies engineering fees. You could use the loader to load pen pack.
Great job Andy !!!
You could push some grass with that 🤣🤣
Google Foo says it weighs 117,000 lbs give or take a few hundred.
Experts say Pat your head and rub your tummy
Let lil Andrew plant corn this year
Why? Andy bought the wrong one.
LOL. Kidding.
You have to listen to the bloody arm chair experts thought Andy. The only problem is you could have the machine nearly worn out before they come up with the answer.
Did you buy a new planter Andy?
Pump and filter on one side pump and filter.
Could have mounted it vertically on the side of the rear ladder and probably saved 3 hrs of fab
It’s that where you mounted yours?
👍
I think it’s good of you to allow them to park their load at your place overnight. Well done.
That’s an old Pennsylvania loader beckwith isn’t in business anymore it’s Cleveland brothers cat now
Does that loader have a steering wheel? Is the remote control?
Stick steer
2:54 More Jake Brake!

Come on Andy just drag the air hose I mean there guys that drag manure hoses
