Of course I believe we shall wish as many as possible salvation in blood of Christ, but it is a possible thought that hte souls talking to Maria Simma might have been demons impersonating dead persons to ceccieve people spiritually and bring people in a false security-so they think "well I can go to purgatory but after that it´s allright". I think we can never fully trust spirits, because they might be somebody totally different from who they claim to be. I think the bible gives much better information on the things to come and the unseen things tahn spirits. Never trust the spirits.
Purgatory might come from the concept of the believers in Abraham's bosom. They slept there until Jesus set them free at the crucifixion. They went to heaven after Jesus was taken up to heaven.

We can each pray for the poor souls in Purgatory and should. I do daily for the past 4 1/2 years and when I don't my soul is uneasy until I do.

I believe purgatory is the extension of God's MERCY for us Human sinners who are short of GOD'S PERFECTION.
There's NO purgatory for the fallen angels. They were perfect already when crested BUT chosen to Rebel against their Creator on their own Freewill.

We live in a world where prayer is absent. So many people and people on the syreet die and have no one to pray for them. They need prayers. The best way, I find, is asking God to place prayers where they are needed most. Name those who need prayers. Our Eternal Father hears everything through His Son Jesus Christ 🌹🇺🇲🌹

When you go to Mass offer the Mass for any person in your family or friends who have died. This will be of great benefit to them. Always remember to do this at the beginning of the Mass. God bless us all.
Yes thank you, I always do now! I didn't even know to do this until recently, I just prayed for conversion of sinners, but im so thankful that God helped me to learn this and now I pray for the souls of family and friends and all the souls in purgatory, and offer masses for them, and I offer sufferings and deeds and sacrafices when I can, and always unite them with Christ's sufferings to be offered for poor souls and conversion of souls. I often pray not only for family and friends that may be in purgatory, bit I also often say "for the souls who have been in purgatory the longest or suffer the most and need the most prayers and can still benefit from prayers. (Because some mystics have said that in the deepest levels of purgatory, that are the closest to hell. Where souls go who were saved simply by God's grace and must suffer greatly, they are not allowed to benefit from ANY of our prayers or masses, but I still pray for those suffering the most and I always say "and those who need the prayers the most and can still benefit from them)

Yes I pray that many times every day, any time I have a moment alone and also during chores or work(since I work alone cleaning houses) and ever since I learned the prayer I have prayed it and a few others many times every day, including morning and night. But I still feel I need a more scheduled routine too. I know Fr Ripperger always says u should have set times for prayer to teach ourselves discipline, so I'm going to try very hard to do that, as well as praying when I have quiet times. Like 6am, 12pm and 6pm is what he suggests, but if u work and cannot do the noon one it's understandable and could do it whenever u get a lunch break. Anyway, I'm going off on a tangent. Sorry, just meant to agree with u about that beautiful prayer....very good!! Thank you and God bless you

Martin Luther (a German Monk) broke away from the Catholic Church, and started the Lutheran’s church 500+ years ago. Martin removed the Maccabee books from the Bible, which touches on purgatory. The start of Protestants. His buddy John Calvin then breaks away from the Lutherans and the Calvinist start…and this continues on till today with so many religions started up by MAN! You may want to also check out Scott Hahn, who as a Protestant preacher on a mission to prove the Catholic church wrong in their teachings…CONVERTED to Catholicism, after doing his research. My family added the words, praying for the souls of the faithful departed at the end of each meal time prayer so my children learn this and pray every day at least once when they pray their meal time prayer
Then, when my son was 19, he was murdered I held so much anger for his murderer and my son, came to me in a dream saying that I needed to forgive his murderer as Jesus forgave his murderers, which is a pretty tough thing to do Vincent, my son also said That he had many saints in heaven, praying for him, and felt the love of the Holy Spirit surround him when he was dying, and he was carried straight to heaven, where he was met by many of the souls that he had prayed for. He also told me that, as the Bible says there’s emamity between the woman and Satan, and that no demon or unclean soul, will call Mary Blessed, or acknowledge the human incarnation of the son of God, Jesus, Who called himself son of man-that Mary is our failsafe, to be sure that the spirits who claim to be Souls in purgatory or angels are not something more nefarious They may say the Lord’s prayer, because at the name of Jesus every-knee must bow. Souls in purgatory knows everything what's happening here on earth. Souls in purgatory are called Holy Poor Souls, why holy poor souls because they can not help themselves but depending only on our prayers for their deliverance.

There is the forgiveness of sins and the reparation everyone must pay, that’s what purgatory is for. Avoid purgatory by gaining a plenary indulgence and apply it to yourself. The most known way is to go to confession and then receive communion in a state of grace, then apply the plenary indulgence to yourself. You also have to ask for them. Ask and receive, you can offer a plenary indulgence for one soul in purgatory who then goes straight to heaven and will pray for you always as well as your guardian angels
Dear Christopher, Not everyone needs to pay reparation and you make it sound like everyone must go to purgatory.. Actually, you can avoid purgatory altogether. There are several ways and the Lord wants you to be able to avoid it. His greatest attribute is Mercy, not Justice. Have a look at the booklet entitled "How to Avoid Purgatory" by FR. Paul O'Sullivan and the Diary of Saint Faustina and you will see what Jesus has to say about Purgatory and his desire to impart his Mercy on each of us so we don't have to face his Justice in Purgatory. Also, you give the reader the impression that that you can gain a plenary indulgence anytime you go to confession and communion in a state of grace. Not so. You can gain a plenary indulgence only at those times that the Church has identified. (i.e. Divine Mercy Sunday).

Yes I just read about Divine Mercy Sunday plenary indulgence. Also saint gertrude has a plenary indulgence shortcut I have to research
@@danwagner4760 read catechism 1472 about the temporal punishment of any sin grave or venial, there is an attachment to the sin, hence why purgatory exists to remove the secondary attachment. There is no special formula for obtaining plenary indulgences outlined here, however it does say if one attains complete conversion through charity can obtain a complete purification of the sinner so that no punishment would remain and the citation is the council of Trent 1551
If Maria Simma spoke or wrote favorably about the alleged apparitions at Medjugorje, I have grave reservations about her mystical experiences coming from Heaven.
According to the Medjugorje visionaries, Our Lady instructed them to engage in willful disobedience to lawful orders given by their bishop, that the Blessed Virgin did not desire for all people to become Catholic because all religions are dear to her and God, and that she fumbled and nearly dropped baby Jesus during one of their visions. They also were able to dictate in advance the times and places of Mary's numerous appearances according to their scheduled itineraries both in Medjugorje and while they were on sponsored pilgrimages/speaking engagements abroad.
The healings and conversions attributed to Medjugorje happened because God can work miracles despite circumstances, not necessarily because of them.

We can offer all our prayers to God through Our Blessed Lady who will use our prayers where most needed, the living in any danger from accidents or any misfortune, the dying, or the Holy Souls. Our Lady knows best.
Purgatory does exist, how I cannot explain. I Visted purgatory in the dream state and surprisingly a friend I was best friends in high school was there, she had committed suicide. Years later this was confirmed in her obituary that i came across, and i fell silent. I also drempt years later she did ascend to heaven. By my figuring she was in purgatory for 11 earth years.

There was a time that for a whole year I would be dreaming of my deceased relatives. Example tonight I ‘d dream of my deceased father. The next night it would be my mother. A day later, my grandmother, then a deceased friend, so on so forth. So distressed I meditated on the question; “Why do the dead bother me in my sleep?” I received the answer in the dream state also; “Because the dead can no longer pray for themselves” I realized for the first time that indeed the dead are in need prayers from the living. Later on I read that the dead can still pray, however their prayer 1) cannot help themselves anymore,2) their prayer cannot help them mitigate their suffering nor lessen their purgation time. They can still pray but their prayers are toward the living. And praying for them, and them praying for us is what we can also call a COMMUNION of SAINTS. Not to pray for the dead is being uncharitable to God. Non Catholics don’t pray for their deceased relatives. To them it as an ABOMONITION, just as to invoke the name of Mary is an abhorrence to them.

God is not bound by time which is only an earthly reality. For God everything is ever PRESENT. The Grace of God is always available to human beings. For man death is just a passage from time to eternity and God's mercy allows lukewarm souls to have a time of purification before they entre into eternity as no imperfections have a place in heaven. Only those willfully and deliberately refuse God's grace are condemned to eternal fire in hell. If there is no purgatory hardly anyone can enter into heaven because to be angelic as long as we are in flesh is next to impossible.

Wonderful video. I love the stories of Maria Simma. There are many things the poor souls have taught us. Like they absolutely shudder when modern music is played near the altar during mass, and instruments used. They say instruments should not be anywhere near the altar or used at mass, even tho people want to rejoice with strumming guitars ans music, it is not reverent to our Blessed Lord and should be reserved for Bible study or home worship. This always was something I felt strongly in my heart, even tho I hadn't heard it from anyone b4 when I was younger. Our parish had a music instructor and she would be right up beside the altar at Mass strumming really loud on her guitar, even just b4 and after the consecration, and during the distributing of the Holy Eucharist, and I always mourned over in my heart becasue I felt it was so irreverent to our Poor Jesus who just wanted our undivided attention amd our minds and hearts open to Him. How can our minds and hearts be open to Him when such distractions are being blasted in our ears.

It's our duty to pray for our dear ones. As we are not sure of where the souls are. As Christians we should pray for all the souls in purgatory. They cannot pray for themselves but can pray for us

I instinctively try to get communion from the priest, and I don't like it given in the hand. I'd like to see the old way brought back into vogue - of kneeling across the front and given by the priest on the tongue, with the little plate you hold underneath.

I know. I recieve on the tongue. And even tho there is no kneeler, sometimes I will kneel anyway when I feel my knees can handle it (I'm getting older everyday hehe ) I've tried several times to email our parish priest, but in person he's kind of intimidating and even a little cranky, so I always get too nervous to ask after Mass or at confession, but I've emailed and tried to ask if abkneeler could start being placed in the center of the isle in front of the altar so that those who come up for communion might be encouraged to kneel and recieve on he tongue, since that is what our Dear Jesus wants, but I have never even gotten a response. I pray all the time for a renewed fire be lit in the heart of our priest that he might have a strong love for the Holy Eucharist and encourage the same in the parishoners. I find the message of only receiving Holy Communion on the tongue to be especially troubesome in light of what happened during Covid and the need for distancing and to avoid contact. I can't imagine that this would be an issue in times like that.
Another reason to assist at Latin mass. no eucharistic ministers, no communion in the hand, no hand holding period.
The revelations about Purgatory by Maria Simma seem to be very convincing: however, I am asking myself why our Church has refused until now to recognise the Marian Apparitions at Medjugorje, and why the revelation about avoiding receiving the Holy Eucharist in the hand and the sign of peace are to be avoided, although this is what our Catholic Church teaches, and we pray every time at Holy Mass, as part of the Creed, that „I believe in the Holy Catholic Church“. How then, should then a catholic decide on what to do : to act as the catholic church teaches, or how Maria Simma advises ???
You are using very good discernment here and I have the same questions. Obedience to the church is very important yet these things, which are asked of us during mass, are not things we shouldn’t do. Well, to be fair, we are only asked to “lets offer each other a sign of peace” and we do. I noticed in our church that we are asked to stop holding hands during the “Our Father Prayer” and this was recently, not a result of covid. As far as receiving the Eucharist on the tongue, it keeps any pieces or particles of the Body of Christ from falling. There are particles that we cant see with our naked eye. Our priest is blind and gives communion in the hand, so I will take it in the palm and put my palm to my mouth rather than take it with my second hand to pick up and place into my mouth. I figure it is better but that’s my own decision. We can go to a deacon and receive on the Tongue. IMHO, We should be on our knees and receiving the host on the tongue. Any priest who disagrees with this, and I have heard that some do, I might ask them why they disagree. This is the Living Body of our Lord Jesus.

I attended the traditional latin mass for several years, where it is only possible to receive the Holy Eucharist kneeling, and on the tongue. I would prefer to attend the TLM rather than the novus ordo mass, but when covid came along, it was no longer possible to attend the TLM legally in the TINY SSPX chapel, so I started attending the NOM in a beautiful church close to where I live, and I have been doing so ever since. As to the question of how to receive the Holy Eucharist, there are pros and cons to each method. My father was a Eucharistic Minister and he said that he was often disgusted when administering it on the tongue because his fingers were often covered in saliva. It is not particularly easy to place the Host on a person‘s tongue without touching the person‘s tongue, especially when the communicant doesn‘t stick his/her tongue out very far. Receiving on the hand seems to me to be the more hygienic method, and although I don‘t know with certainty, I believe that Jesus distributed the Holy Eucharist BY HAND at the Last Supper when He said „“TAKE this, all of you, for this is My Body..“. This, in my view speaks for receiving on the hand, in preference to receiving on the tongue.

The Church, in her Wisdom, does not make definitive statements on the authenticity of an apparition until that apparition is completed. Medjugorge is unusual in that it has been going on for so many years. However the Church has not condemned it nor discourages the faithful from going to visit.

There is no obligation to do the sign of peace, as the priest has already offered it for us all! I kneel down in preparation for the Agnus Dei (Lamb of God) which is often started while people are still hugging and kissing each other🙈
It is called the Holy Mass for a reason - so we should be holy and prayerful and not behaving as though it was a social event to be distracted at🙏🕊

Yes, of course! It’s entirely up to you. You can always kneel down and pray “peace to all here”. I think it’s far more important to carry the peace in your heart and then pass on that peace throughout the day to whoever you come across rather than a couple of rushed minutes in church ( which probably don’t mean much to a lot of people - they just think it’s something nice to do!)
