The Idol is a monster ballad from them and the album it's put in its pure gold. Such good guitar work there and Lawless adds his usual charm to all of this. Pls revisit WASP!
Hello!! Awesome band, one of my long time favourites!! I have seen them live four times and last time was in 2016 and they still exists!! Ofcourse the singer Blackie Lawless is the only original member in the band so many are saying that it is more or less his soloproject only nowadays!! They were founded in early 80's and they did only festival tour this year but stories are saying that they are coming to Europe again next year or in 2020 making a bigger tour and I'm waiting that already!! I think the voice of Blackie has only got better during these years and he has very unique voice and you can definetily recognize that anytime!! This song you listened was made in ,(now I'm not completely sure about the year) 1990 or something) but found its way to album in 2015!! But now the GUITARSOLO!! I think that Doug Blair is absulutely best guitarist I have ever seen live!! The whole concert you just wait and wait for another solo and he is such a great performer and you can tell by watching him that he really feel the music he's playing!! He is actually invented many kind of guitars!! (You can read more of that in google)😂.. I'm not sure what is the situation right now but he started to teach music in Turku, Finland in 2012 and then they said he is moving to Finland, but haven't heard nothing since🤔.. Yes they have a lot of great songs and many kind of songs but perhaps my most favourites from them are this kind of ballads with awesome guitarsolo's and actually my wife and I had one of their songs as our wedding song too🤘... But if you like to hear some faster songs they have "Wild child" is your choice👍.. (btw. That song I suggested earlier and said that you can do that official music video!! DON'T....😂... It is so short) OH yeah the video!! It sure was great and must have been so much work to do that and if he/she is watching, GOOD JOB🤘...

W.A.S.P. was quite a phenomenon at their Hay Day back in 80's. Properly decadent to the taste of the parents. Really liked them! :oD Blackie Lawless has never been a big thing technicaly, but he really can pull up a show and is actually a really good song writer. This was a good song with good radio drift in it.
