Great Recipe..have made these twice already and really like them a lot!
Looks yum! Def gona try it, thanks!. Qn: can i use all whey protein? I've no caesin in my stash...
i've been eating your cookie dough overnight oats every morning for months, hell it's dinner time and I'm going to have it as dessert
Lets gooo!! I’m so glad
Keebler makes mini graham cracker crusts, 100 calories each…. This really makes a huge difference to have the crust (my favorite part). So I have two of these cheesecakes at night for a very satisfying, yet low calorie/high protein dessert! 😋 thank you for the recipe!
Yesssss dude. Another banger I’m sure. I’m gonna have to try this one asap 🙌🏻
Keep me posted how you like it!
@@RahulKamat they came out really great! I actually ended up adding about twice the amount of whipped egg whites, so they were probably a bit more fluffy than yours, but it was also kind of nice because I got more volume outta them. And more protein 🙌🏻💪🏻
Good for you for making your cookbook 😊😊😊
Thanks Christine!
Hello, Rahul,
I have a question. Have you ever considered including nutritional yeast in some of your recipes? I use it a lot and it is an amazing ingredient. About 50% protein, has an intense savory taste, rich in vitamin B. I think it would be great for some of your baked goods, even sweet ones.
Cheers, thanks for the amazing recipes.
NIce! Love that this is also low-carb.
It is!
Just 2 suggestions: spray the cups with Pam, and I would add a bit more vanilla. They look amazing!
I gotta subscribe, this is amazing
Do it!
The dude don't miss

Unsure about that. I tried the Diet Coke brownies they were god awful haha
@@stuarttimewell684coke brownies???? 🤢 🤮 well yeah they should! Because they sound horrible
@@stuarttimewell684use Dr Pepper or an actual good drink 💀
I dont know why it took me this long to try this recipe although I'm a huge cheesecake lover.
This cheesecake is too airy and cottage cheesy testing to be considered a real cheesecake. It's closer to a cotton cheesecake.
BUT for me, it's very darn good considering the macros! Another brilliant recipe that I love from Rahul! 👍👍👍
The only thing that I will modify is play around with the toppings, e.g., berries jam, in future to make it tastes closer to the real mccoy.
I’m glad you enjoyed it! It’s def got a whipped texture and not as dense as regular cheesecake, but wayyyy better macros. Keep me posted how you play around with the toppings!
I saw recipes for cottage cheese ice cream. Tried it out and it wasn't bad. A suggestion for future video :-)
Ooh I’ve seen that and it looks intriguing. Wanna try it out
Thanks!!
I got you!
Fire vid always making sure we can satisfy our sweet tooth’s 🔥🔥
I got you guys!
Wow!!❤❤❤

If you want a tip for cracking eggs you can just drop one horizontally from about 6 inches off the surface it'll break cleanly on impact and you can just scoop up the egg and open it up.
I’m gonna do this and if it doesn’t work, I’m gonna slam the egg onto the surface with full force
@@RahulKamat 😂😂 that will definitely work too
Can you make this recepie without the sf puddingmix?
could i make this without pudding mix? im from uk so i dont think we have that here or any substitues instead?
Nice technique using the egg whites to fluff up the cheesecake. Keep it up man, you're doing awesome 🤠
Thank youuu 🫡
Dude you would blow up on TikTok if you started posting there
Hahaha thank you, as of rn I don’t have a tiktok lol
In my store I can get high protein cottage cheese. Definitely will try this
Ooh nice!
Great recipe)) However small note and an interesting fact (feel free to check), egg yolks per 100g have more protein than egg whites, ofc much more calories aswell because of the fat but they do have protein
yes and if you can fit it, the whole egg is always best. Lots of research on how much better it is for muscle growth. But yolks just don't work in many recipes because of the consistenty you need with whites only.
Whole egg definitely has way more nutrients, but also a lot of calories. Big fan of eating whole eggs and I do so often. But yeah the whites are needed in this recipe bc they whip up
They have some protein but 100g of yolks has ~8x the calories as 100g of whites
Egg yolks contain 2.7g protein and egg whites contain 3.6g protein.
Junior’s Cheesecake and Cheesecake Factory ain’t got nothin’ on those bad bois! 💪
That’s right yk it 😤
Can you replace the cottage cheese with cream cheese?
Hi ladies and gents,
Egg yokes have a lot of protein and best fat. If it feets to your diet, do not throw it away, use it, there are only benefits.
Ooo please use some pea protein such as Nuzest on your recipes. Some of us can't have whey and casein protein so we miss out on your creations 😢
I’ve never used that brand before but oh no, might need to get some vegan protein powder
Does 526 calories include the iceing you made?
Hi! Can u make a new video with a new recipe with that " gelatin , applesauce " cake , please please a cake that can be made by freezing in the fridge and with easy to get items 😭😭 i wanna bake but i have a microwave idk how to use baking mode and applesauce and gelatin isnt available in market close :( so please?
Is there a sub for the pudding mix? Where I live it's very hard to get it sugar free
Corn starch!
Nice recipe, what food scale you have? I can buy it with your amazon link :)
1:53
@1:02 actually its about 50/50
Whoops meant very little protein for the calorie amount, especially compared to egg whites
It's VERY important to have a clean crack.
LOL frrrrr
I don’t have casein just whey and I can’t get sugar free pudding mix in Australia. Anything I could change it with ?
Vegan protein powder or powdered pb instead of casein, cornstarch instead of sf puffing mix
@@RahulKamat thanks mate
for powdered pb do you just blend normal whey protein powder?
king
My guy 🫡
your cheesecake recipe looks like my protein ice cream recipe but just with guar gum and a frozen ingredient, lol
LOL wow
❤❤❤❤❤❤
🙂
What are the chains I love it help a guy out?
Chains are real white gold, my parents gave them to me. But good alternative is stainless steel chains off of amazon, can get them for $10-20 and you can always have em on and wear em in the shower
@@RahulKamat know the style length and or thickness / all that stuff
Omg, throwing out the cream inside of an Oreo is akin to committing a crime lol! The Oreo police will soon be on the way to your house - be prepared.😲😂🙃
I’m standing my ground 😤
Be so good in a creami!
Cheesecake ice cream!
The title of this video sounds like Eminem lyrics 😂
LOL
Ok…how do I use fat free cream cheese rather than cottage cheese??
Substitute it, also could do half cream cheese half greek yogurt
You forgot to take a shot of maple syrup this time 😅
Oof gonna rerecord this now
Are you no bake cheesecakes coming soon??
Hmmm i wanna do that!
No. The egg yolk has around 40% of the total protein of the total egg. I understand that you are trying to go with low calorie, but that statement about all the protein being in the egg white is just plain wrong. I also understand you are depending on whipping up the white into a foam to bulk up and have a better texture for the final product. This is why eggs are often separated into yolk and whites. The yolk are typically added with the wet ingredients and mixed separately; then folded with the egg white foam. Personally, I'd add the yolk with the other ingredients. Too much nutrition lost out for a small difference in calories (IMO, but each to their own.)
Cottage cheese is a powerhouse of an ingredient. I love it. I used to get gallons of dry curd cottage cheese back in the day, but it's really hard to find these days now. There's a trend going on now with people just adding sweetness and flavoring to cottage cheese, blending it, sticking it in the freezer for a while, and then enjoying it like ice cream. Cottage cheese is dirt cheap too depending on where you get it. Hit up a bulk store in your area and it will probably be the cheapest protein that you can buy. You can add it to tons of recipes too. You just have to be careful of the sodium since most cottage cheeses are high in sodium. Just don't salt your food until a little while after you have added the cottage cheese to avoid that issue.
Big fan of greek yogurt too.
If people want to thicken the topping without using gelatin, you can use some casein protein instead. Casein protein with thicken it right up.
Where is the pinned recipe?
It's at the top Michelle :)
how can it have more protein than shake when it has 33 kcal one piece ?????
Bruh who puts icing on cheesecake? The Oreos without the icing or a thin dark chocolate ganach would’ve been a better option.
Makes it taste better
Dude used a toothpick not a fork 😂
Lolol that’s all I got ok 😭
Your teeth are beautiful ❤
Thank you :)
my guy, egg yolk has more protein than eggwhite. has more fat tho
