Harley Davidson heated grips. Are they warm? Should you buy them?

    Any tips for installing, or did you get the dealer to do that?

      I had the dealer install these before I took the bike home. They seem like a bit of a PITA so im glad I did. but stay tuned, might be putting them on another bike in the future!

      @@amptv2291 I just fitted a set and can confirm they are a PITA.
      My advice would be, don’t bother trying to save the left grip, just cut it, if you want to try, you might be lucky, it depends on how well someone glued it at the factory. The throttle side grip just slides off easily.
      Also electricians fishing wire helps a lot to get the cables through the bar easily.

      Honestly I don't know if I can ever have a bike without them now. Toasty grips are the best. Harley sells these for $210 + labor. Not to bad considering how awesome they are.

      @@amptv2291 yeah they would've came in handy when we had that decent weather, at speed it was still cold 🥶
