Early childhood education and care (ECEC) is part of the Finnish education system and an important stage on the child’s path of growing and learning. The mission of ECEC is to promote children's holistic growth, development and learning in collaboration with their guardians.
It is best not to omit the "care" part in the name, since without it the majority of years obviously get no attention.
I would summarize your perspective as making choices from a more international perspective than those immigrants, who are mainly looking for settling to a new place and perhaps understanding the importance of integration in the process.
Many people working in international organisations having operations in many places have this challenge of balancing between integration to local culture and staying "international" and avoiding growing too deep roots.
A more historical perspective into recruiting teachers or about the admissions to education for teachers:
Historically teachers have been highly respected in the Finnish society.
Nowadays they are seen as more normal professionals, but still expectations can be high. People also, mostly anyway, understand that it's a job, where a person needs many qualities and mental strength. Not an easy job mentally.
Anyway, it has been seen as an attractive and highly regarded professional care, which has attracted applicants who themselves have often done fairly well at school. That has made it competitive.

If you have qualified as a teacher in early childhood education abroad and want to qualify as a teacher in early childhood education in Finland, apply for a decision on eligibility from the Finnish National Agency for Education. The decision-making process can be influenced by whether you have completed a degree in an EU or EEA country, or whether you are a national of an EU or EEA country or another country.

To get permanent job position applicants need to fulfill the Finnish requirements for qualifications. But for temporary or assisting roles it's not required, if there aren't any fully qualified applicants.

In Finland, you can qualify as a teacher in early childhood education and care by completing a Bachelor's degree in education and at least 60 credits of studies providing professional competencies in early childhood education and care.

You must have noticed that some entrepreneurs have created services and businesses based on the Finnish education system. I don't know much about them. But obviously there is some demand of some kinds of educational services in the world and entrepreneurs can identify them and try to build business models based on these needs.
At the basic levels of education for children, which are taken care by the municipalities in Finland, there isn't much room for private entrepreneurs.

I am not her nor do I know much anything about cosmetics. But I know about the weather and how to protect your skin.
During sunny summer or winter days UV protection, ultraviolet protection, sunscreen is needed unless your skin tone is dark enough to prevent damage.
Winter air is often dry inside and outside. Wind makes is even more effective in drying skin. Water based formulas as moisturizers are not very good in cold temperatures but others work fine. There are plenty of products available on all stores. Cosmetics industries always coming up with new ones but old products work just fine, if you just remember to use them. It's less relevant which one you use.
If you have special problems, it is advisable to seek advice from a dermatologist.
