Good for you losing weight!🎉 I like that idea of taking pics of yourself and keeping it in your planner so you see it. I’m just like you, in my head I’m still the old me. Congratulations on the weight loss! I have terrible body dysmorphia from two decades of an eating disorder. 😫 I'm also short and working with my doctor and nutritionist to lose weight to bring down my A1C and my BMI. Perimenopause has thrown my entire body out of whack!
