It is a hassle but just send back the letter saying you want to fight the ticket in court. They will send you back a letter saying after review they closed your case and no need for trial.
The problem with cameras enforcing the law is they have no ability to discern whether or not a driver is running a red light by a tenth of a second or two seconds. If a cop sees somebody running a red light blatantly and putting other drivers at risk then that's a situation where they should be ticketed. If somebody runs through an intersection where there are no other cars and no pedestrians by a tenth of a second and puts nobody else at risk that doesn't deserve one.

City of Humble has to abide by the terms of the contract. Per the contract, the letters will continue to be sent, even though they are meaningless. Lesson learned, come to a stop at the stop signs/stop lights.
A few years back, I worked on that area by 1960, I never pass by that Mc Donald’s on the corner, they said I ran a red light and had “pictures” the pictures posted on paper where from me exiting the freeway heading towards old 1960 not even close to the lights, another of my license plates, not even a pic of me running a red light was on the piece of paper. I make a right turn on the light how did in run a red light? No way of fighting with them

They also ticket cars that are in intersection when it turns red, and in my case, was right behind a semi trailer can't evenvsee light, when entering intersection, after being able to see it turn green, when I started moving behind the truck. They were NEVER for anything other than getting money
They got zapped with a ticket because ran a red light. Drive safer and you don't get the letter. The contract with the company is almost up they couldn't end it earlier due to a penalty the city would have to pay. If you get the letter ignore it and if you don't want another one drive better.

They've changed the format of the letters they send out but as stated they will continue to do so till 2024
