If you’re looking for something to make for dinner here is my recipe for “The best Meatloaf” Ingredients: 1 medium-large white onion 2 pounds ground beef 1 cup bread crumbs 2 eggs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp MSG (optional) 1 tsp onion powder 2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoon parsley 3 teaspoon worochester 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (use your favorite kind) Glaze: 1/3 cup ketchup 3 tablespoon brown sugar 1 heaping tsp yellow mustard a squirt of hot sauce (optional) Directions: Step 1: Dice 1 medium-large onion (your choice), sauté lightly, set aside to cool 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, and all the ingredients together. Add the cooled sautéed onions towards the end and then the eggs last so it helps hold everything together. Use a spatula to mix and fold the ingredients together 4: Preheat oven to 375 degrees, meanwhile you make your glaze in a small bowl 5: To make your meat “loaf” - transfer the entire meatloaf content into a 9 inch cake pan (2.2” height) to use as a mold so your meatloaf can cook evenly, then transfer the mold (meatloaf) into a large baking tray (with room to cook) Bake for 45 minutes. 6: Once timer goes off, top the meatloaf with the glaze and bake for another 10 minutes. Then serve and enjoy :)
