That CC was wrong in reference to when the Unsullied start their training. It isn’t 5:00am, or pm, that system doesn’t exist in the ASOIAF/GoT universe. They use “first light” or “hour of the (wolf/bat/owl/etc)”, instead.
They start their training at the age of 5.
