Since my Sydney Masterclass I got married woooooo, went on a Europe trip for 6 weeks for our honey moon & moved into our new home. Finally settling in :)

Christina's dad walking her out her family home had me in tears as it's so touching and a tradition in many cultures. It is the last time she'll walk out from her family home before she is a married woman. So cute and sweet.

Because it's a disgusting display of excess wealth and conspicuous consumption, while visually stunning it paints a VERY unrealistic picture of basically EVERYTHING. Such perfection is not real. This is completely staged and fake. I actually feel sorry for them because rather than enjoying their special day they had everything completely choreographed. They were not "in the moment" they were acting every second, all of them the fake smiles and the doting bridesmaids, the boys club groomsmen. This is a movie and so contrived I could have predicted every move down to the smoking a cigar. There was NOTHING special about this. So phony I can't stand it and they will probably be divorced in 4 yrs LOL *edited to add...their wedding didn't inspire me or make me feel happy for them or warm and fuzzy (obviously it isn't my wedding so that is not the point but they did share it with the world so I am commenting from that perspective) instead it left me cold, unfeeling, sad and depressed. And no, not because I can't afford a wedding like this (which I can't ;) but because it wasn't real and down to earth it was extravagant in a vey uncomfortable uninviting way JMHO
I mean with massive wealth inequality gained by generational rape and plunder, and these videos being a visual representation of the "let them eat cake" we are living through, I'd say it very much is all of our business.

This kills me as an engaged chick in 2020. Such a lucky couple to have all of this. Their wedding day gets to be a blissful memory of that flawless happy day that was their very own. They can always look back without the heavy heart that comes with the reminder that they had to skimp and cut because of a worldwide epidemic.
