- Follicle-stimulating hormone (#FSH) is a #hormone that plays an important role in the reproductive system. In men, it’s responsible for controlling the production of sperm whereas, for women, it helps to control the #menstrual cycle and regulate the growth of eggs in the #ovaries. If FSH levels begin to fluctuate, you may notice symptoms such as disrupted sleep or irregular periods.

Thank you doctor I have been working on my body for around five weeks I stopped eating meat, chicken, milk and all milk products, I stopped caned food, I stopped eggs. I am eating now vegetables, and use soya milk. I have D vitamin also . Yesterday my bleeding start again and strong and with all diagnoses like when I was 18 year old 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 I am happy because this is means that I am on the right way may be after 👶 .

How fast does fsh normally rising in women over 40? How soon is it worth checking again? Monthly, yearly, couple of times a year? I mean fertility test, not ovulation test.

My FSH is low. I'm a male, age 45. My estrodiol is hi. My dihydro-testosterone is very high, my free testosterone is normal. I went to a doctor about it and he basically laughed it off...
