@@riverrain4031 we have trails nearby me and forest, really close to the city 🌆 downtown minneapolis. Fortunately there was THEODORE WIRTH a man that saw the need for park preservation!! It’s been studied this park and was utilized in NY NY yep in schools, etc because the way this long miles of land was saved with forest 🌳 near the city, buffer. Etc

My beautiful ten year old grandson passed away in a terrible accident a few weeks ago I am angry beyond belief it's eating me up and I know I have to let this go because if I don't my wonderful memories will be spoilt. I enjoy your walks through the woods. The examination of everything ... mushrooms, moss, trees I've never seen outside of pictures, seed pods I'll never touch, the feel of ferns ... all that touchy feely stuff. The oak is my favourite tree .I have autumn coloured leaves tattooed on my left arm 3 of them also 3 acorns and in calligraphy the word oak in autumn colours , at 74 I'm proud to have had it done, I injoyed everything you did in this video shared it with my daughter in France as she often walks in the forest thankyou beautiful young lady ❤❤❤

I love when you said for self-care you need stillness and darkness. Me too!! My favorite time of year is when it gets dark early. Everyone else hates it, but for me, its my time to thrive in the slow evenings of fall and winter. I love a shower in candle light and getting cozy after. Thank you for showing how you make time to take care of your mental health. The daily grind can be so overstimulating and tiring.
