I definitely recommend the book "The Enchented Life by Sharon Blackie" it's based in animism, the sacredness of nature and how to life an enchented life. I'm only on chapter 3 but it's really good. The hidden life of trees is on my wishlist.

Before people and housing projects destroyed it all, I used to go out into the woods behind my folks' house and just sit on a stump and listen to the sounds of the wind and the trees. To me it was like they were talking. One day I walked through the woods and came upon this big field. In the middle of the field was this long row of old trees, like an island in a swaying brown sea. I went out to it and just stood there in awe as if I'd just found some wonderful undiscovered ruins. A twisted rusty barb wire fence ran the length of the row, overgrown and buried in the bark of the trees. I sat out there for a long time, mesmerized and captivated by the wonderous beauty of it all. This is the memory that comes to me when I watch this video.
I have had encounters with faeries. Some faeries have a tendency to be mischivous. I have great respect for them and I like them to live in the forest but not in my house. Had a lot of problems with them in the past. If you feel their presence I assure you, they are around you. Sometimes they decorate their place in the forest with flowers that look like trumpets, so can you know if they live in a place where you can feel their presence.
Any one having you as a piano teacher will carry on your magic through their creative thoughts, and they will always remember you.... I started piano lessons at 9 years old and am so thankful for that.

Each one of them is a piece of art and takes me into another world- or a piece of my inner self I had too little access to before… I always wait for the dark to come, then I light candles (a LOT of candles) and enjoy your videos. And by enjoying I mean I mentally bathe in them. Yes trees absolutely, without a doubt, talk to us if we listen, and they also give comfort! In childhood when things got rough my sister ran to hug her willow tree, and I, my apple tree ❤❤❤

I wonder if you would like birding? It is similar to the mystery of finding out which tree or flower you've seen, but with birds. I just love it! You can find local guides to identify them. Also I know you love birds. It's so fun and you can even start to identify them by their sounds!

People just don't know what they're missing by not spending time in the woods. I used to drive to the woods but found that just wasn't enough so I bought a log home in the woods so now all I have to do is walk out my door. I particularly like being in the woods at night with a full moon. Now I want to plant glow in the dark mushrooms along my trails.
I am very very glad that quite by accident, without even suspecting anything like that, I suddenly found You, met Your videos! It turns out that even without suspecting anything, I have been doing the same thing for a long, long time, practically, I live almost the same as You, I constantly walk in the forest, observe nature, plants, trees, herbs and so on. Only I do not have any clear practice and system, there is no consistency, but all year round, I intuitively adhere to the same astronomical cycles and my practice is spontaneous. And now I really want to know even more, a lot of interesting things have opened up to me, thanks to You and such content, I really liked some books!
You are so blessed to have this forest, living in the city of London its so hard to find forests close to home, I will keep manifesting and hoping this will become a reality one day ❤️

Mindfulness and seeing the wonders that surround us for example. - And I am SO happy that you uploaded your music!! Watching my first videos made by you, I did notice the beautiful music immediately, and then I learned that you wrote it yourself. You are incredible! Normally I would have to fight a bit of jealousy because you have so many gifts and talents bestowed upon you, but you share them with us, and so all that is a gift to us as well! What a wonderful video, so glad I've come across your channel, that forest is simply stunning, I've always been drawn to nature, and especially forests/woodlands, since I was little, wildcamping on my own in the woods from age 9, 38 years later, after being a naturalistic pagan for over 10 years, I've discovered my path as a forest witch, from communing with the trees, to staying out in all seasons, to natural remedies and wilderness living skills, your book collection is interesting too, the hidden life of trees is excellent, his 2nd book is just as good on trees too, I may have to do a video on some of my books, you have a lovely channel, good health, safe travels and blessed be, Craig.. 🙏🌿🍃🍄

Walking through the woods is my most favorite thing to do. In my younger days I was always in the woods near my home. The woods have always been peaceful but full of energy for me to be alone from the busy neighborhood. Thank you for taking me out to the woods with you,❤💋 cathy

I wonder if you would like birding? It is similar to the mystery of finding out which tree or flower you've seen, but with birds. I just love it! You can find local guides to identify them. Also I know you love birds. It's so fun and you can even start to identify them by their sounds!

People just don't know what they're missing by not spending time in the woods. I used to drive to the woods but found that just wasn't enough so I bought a log home in the woods so now all I have to do is walk out my door. I particularly like being in the woods at night with a full moon. Now I want to plant glow in the dark mushrooms along my trails.
I am very very glad that quite by accident, without even suspecting anything like that, I suddenly found You, met Your videos! It turns out that even without suspecting anything, I have been doing the same thing for a long, long time, practically, I live almost the same as You, I constantly walk in the forest, observe nature, plants, trees, herbs and so on. Only I do not have any clear practice and system, there is no consistency, but all year round, I intuitively adhere to the same astronomical cycles and my practice is spontaneous. And now I really want to know even more, a lot of interesting things have opened up to me, thanks to You and such content, I really liked some books!

I can so relate to being inspired by music in my earlier years and then nature later on! For me, it was a journey of becoming more “myself”. Not that I don’t like music still, but nature is just something really special which I’ve unfortunately ignored until recently!
