@@ND-OPS Believe it or not it’s not about winning rings that makes you a good player, if that were the case how would you explain Karl Malone, John Stockton, Patrick Ewing, Reggie Miller, being on the top 75 team and Hall of Fame along with Charles… because neither of them have any rings. On the flip side, Kenny Smith has two rings, and isn’t in the Hall of Fame/Top 75 Team.

He said on the show he was angry because people were saying after game 1 that the Rockets were going to lose to the Jazz because John Stockton was way better than Kenny, so Kenny came back with a huge game 2. That was in round one of the playoffs, not the conference finals. His other 30-point playoff game was in a second round game against Seattle in 1993.

The fact that he got that many points as a role player in the playoffs in the 90s is quite impressive. They actually played real defence in that era especially in the playoffs and they weren't jacking up 3's every possession.

Jordan's 56 (one of) was against Miami Heat, in a sweep. Ernie should have included that. 20 of 30, 16 of 18 fts, 5 rebs, 5 asst, 4 stls and 2 blks. It was actually a close game until the Bulls scored 40 in the 4th.
