2:25 I did actually laugh at that guy walking down the hill. The whole point is that he’s basically trying not to run, because (at least I find) trying to go down a hill at anything but a snail’s pace makes you go faster than you want. Also, you hit a certain speed and I swear you look like a rag doll like the guy in the video. It’s even worse if you can’t walk properly for whatever reason in the first place. The loud steps with enough force behind them to hurt are the worst though.
Also relate to the seizure legs when you stretch in the morning. (Not that crazy though. If it is that crazy for you then follow Daz’s advice, please!)

The reason sometimes when you get out of the bath/shower and feel ill is because hot water can open up blood vessels which makes insulin absorb quickly which could eventually lead to low blood sugar!
