CHEAP GEM? Antonio Banderas The Icon EDT - Fragrance Review. Antonio Banderas The Icon EDT came out back in 2020. This is an aromatic, fresh spicy, woody, blue fragrance. In this video ill be reviewing, and giving my thoughts on The Icon EDT.

Hey man, great video! I was able to grab the EDP version from FragNet , but this EDT is currently sold out and nowhere to be found. I also heard that a new Elixir variant has just come out in limited markets and it is not yet available in North America. Many Yourtubers in the frag community came out with video reviews on this one , pretty much around the same time and I think that created some serious hype. Anyway, I will wait until it comes back, I am most definitely buying it. Cheers from Calgary-Canada.
It’s not bad, it’s definitely cheap & a bit screechy smelling. But tbh the performance isn’t bad at all. It’s cheap enough to give it a good

i had this for about a year, at first i wasn't overly impressed with it but as is used it more and it masserated i have really started to like this one alot, i'm getting another bottle and want to test out the EDP
Sorry I'm slow to reply! I've had some log in issues that I finally got taken care of. Yeah this stuff is solid! I haven't worn it in a while! I need to rock it soon

EDP lasts longer , is stronger and smells much better than the original icon(totally different scent). You should definitely try it! Fun fact: around 2 weeks ago came out the new version (3rd) of the icon called Elixir which should be even stronger and better than both of other two the icon fragrances.
@@akiplay312 I just got the EDP - it smells pretty good but i prefer the EDT ICON personally. the EDP is good too, it smells like watered down version of Valentino Uomo Intense. I like the drydown on original ICON EDT alot
Years ago my old boss bought me an Axe body spray/shower gel called Phoenix. He knew I loved fragrances and I was really appreciative, but I didn’t expect much. It turned out to smell really nice. It had that slightly unpleasant and distinct aerosol powder smell, but other than that it smelled like a masterpiece. I found out it was created by Ann Gottlieb who also composed dozens of other fragrances including CK One Shock. All that said to say this, this smells like a Sauvage-esk version of Axe Phoenix without the aerosol carrier odor. It’s a very nice fragrance, thank you for the reviews! If you haven’t smelled Phoenix I recommend checking it out. When I started collecting fragrances a decade ago I never imagined I’d find myself on CZcams recommending an Axe scent to a fellow frag head.

@macadonis9242 I'd be lying if I told you what it reminded me of...I'm somewhat new in the fragrance game. Naw...no compliments...but I felt good wearing it.
@macadonis9242 my most complimented fragrance so far is the Amber Oud Exclusif Bleu (Layton clone) which is a *beast*

Do you still use this how is it in summer? What's your thoughts on edp?
Very fruity opening, it's a bit softer than Prada Luna Rossa Ocean, less of a green vibe than that fragrance and sticks more to a sweet opening like an Aventus clone and on the dry down turns very smokey, such as Perry Ellis America which is what I find it's most similar to. The Icon is not a bad smelling fragrance, My only issue with it is performance, almost immediately becomes a skin scent, no real projection, if you want a similar vibe for not too much more, go for the previously mentioned Perry Ellis America, lasts longer and has a very similar fruity vibe going, I've gotten compliments wearing that fragrance versus my girlfriend telling me she doesn't like when I wear The Icon. Again, not bad for the money you pay, it's an easy quick reach blue fragrance that isn't going to offend those around you, good everyday scent.
I've heard great things about that fragrance. Maybe I need to get my hands on that stuff!!

Got a love for Ab my first pick up ever was spirit from him I was in 6th grade. Shoot we’re talking 17 years ago. I’m look into this. Another cheapie I’m really wanting to get is cool water Intense which of course got reformulated. So not beast mode anymore you put your nose on that one ever?
Yeah I had that one a while back! It's not bad! I ended up giving to a friend that wanted it. But it was a decent fragrance!

I get really good performance! Last time I wore it, it was a solid 7 hours
