I have Fakhar and i love it, Good Fragrance and gives you some similarity of the YSL Y vibe, but you can still feel the difference (which is obvious why), if you want a decent blue scent for that price tag near to YSL Y this is the right one for you, but if your YSL ran out and want to buy a bottle of this instead of the original, i prefer you save your money. 8/10 for me.
I’ve enjoyed Y edp several times, great opening then nice blue thing - probably one of my favorites. Got the Fakhar and had the same experience. Y is differentish but not measurably better by my nose. So much of scent appreciation happens in the amygdala and I just don’t get the full-bodied, mood-changing “Holy Crap” that some people do from 99.9% of these fragrances (and I have 100s)
@@douglascampbell6482 I fortunately, get that holy crap projection when I wear YSL Edp, where as with a lot of other reported beast mode fragrances I don’t. I do go nose blind with this fragrance though, while others around me tell me it’s humming off of me. Everyone’s skin is different. Mine obviously reacts better to the make up of this fragrance over others. I love ADG Profumo, where others say it has a huge projection, with me, it’s gone in a couple of hours and is nothing but a skin scent from there on….

Not true , I own both and appreciate and Wear both. Wear the fakhar black as a grab and go and the ysl on certain occasions. I'm not a fragrance purist anyway. So I dont get into all that "quality" nonsense. I just like to smell nice.. 🤣🤣

depends on the price per ml savings. I'm not well off so saving the money is more important. If its' $40 vs $100 i'd still rather save $60. But there are a few clones that are cheaper but smaller bottles. So. It's it's gonna be something i wear through it might make sense to buy the original if the price per mill difference is like 5 cents more. And sometimes i just don't care about a fancy name.

I just got the Imperium and it's extremely close to Elysium...my only gripe is that it lasts like 2 minutes...you literally have to douse you clothes in it for it to last 2hrs if that

I went with Sheikh Al Shuyukh over the Fakhar as the preferred YSL Y edp clone after watching several reviews. Both are good, but the Sheikh is a bit more mature & better quality for a few extra bucks. Not disappointed at all.

Sorry mate but The Icon is not a clone of Sauvage, maybe has some notes that you can associate it but as I tell you is not a perfect clone. Armaf Ventana or The Pride Of Armaf Pour Homme are 95% similar to Dior Sauvage as clones they are the best cheap option.

i remember being a teen in the 90´s YSL had 3 scents affordable one simply called Jazz in 125 ml i believe another called Black and White 3rd live Jazz all 125 ml and i didnt have a job i was lucky enough still getting pocket money from my parents
Antonio Banderas fragrances are made by PUIG so same company as JPG, Paco Rabanne and Carolina Herrera. Some good noses behind those banderas scents ICON is a fantastic blue scent I don't own it but smelled it dozen of times in stores I don't actually think it's sauvage clone. It's just a typical blue genre smell.
Bleu de Chanel EDP has already been done successfully by Missoni. Now is the EDP for me the lesser exciting Bleu de Chanel, which I finished but did not replace. It misses the Happy Days feeling I get from the EDP and the sophisticated feeling I get from the Parfum. Therefor I don't use Missoni often.

I personally got Antonio Banderas "The Icon" for christmas and I loved it for a week or two.. but then it started getting to my nose. I don't like it at all anymore it's just too "spicy" and it feels like it fades away after 30 minutes of spraying..

I splurged after Curly kept reviewing it and it doesn't disappoint. Beautiful, creamy & mass pleasing. Def more date night and doesn't project or have crazy longevity after 3-4hrs, but stays as a great skin scent for a long time. Again; excellent date night evening scent for sure imo.
@chris mejia For sure... but it's creamy; not bright citrus etc of typical summer scent. So it's initially still geared for late afternoon/evenings than high mid-day heat imo due to the sexy, gourmand nature of it; but I've yet to try it in summer tbh. Either way, it's def a pleasure to smell anytime and women do love it!!

I've been waiting to see more CZcams fragrance influencers talk about Imperium before I snatched it up. Out of about the 8 or so that I watch frequently and kind of trust, Dallas is the third one that spoke to it being close enough to Elysium. With cheap clones I don't particularly care about the performance and longevity. The price makes up for that, and I can just spray more. I'm more concerned about the accuracy of the smell and especially the inability of the untrained nose to be able to distinguish between the real thing and the clone in the air.

Lattafa Fakhar is nice. Don’t overspray as it’s a bit synthetic.

I got the Perry Ellis Aqua Extreme. This is a Blue fragance. I like it a lot and get complimets. Fakhar is not a Blue fragance at all.
