Hello friends! I hope you had a lovely Christmas. Today I thought it would be fun to share a little "what I got for Christmas" video. I personally love to watch these videos during the lazy days between Christmas and New Years, and I thought that maybe some of you guys enjoy them as well.
I never originally planned to work with any kind of sponsor on this video. I was meant to post a video earlier in December but some things came up and that video never happened. I truly love Wondrium and am so grateful they were so flexible and understanding with working with me on a sponsorship this month.
I hope you've been relaxing and showing yourself love during this special time of year. YOU deserve it, friend. I've been doing a "12 days of Christmas detox" which I just made up. Basically I've just been staying off social media (no scrolling on tiktok or instagram) or picking up my phone as often between the original 12 days of Christmas (Dec 25 - Jan 5) and it has been SO nice. I highly recommend it, and you don't need to wait until next Christmas to do it. I think any time is a good time to give your brain some time to recharge and de-stress :)

For the tiny jam jar I would use the jam and them wash it out carefully to not damage the label. Then you can use it to sort all sorts of things in. Small jars are super useful.
I just made 2 kinds of jam recently, and they look adorable because of the jars 🫙 😍

Beautiful video and for me very touching as as you mentioned lots of us are spending Christmas and New Year alone (me included) and I must say, it's harder than I thought. I want to think that I shouldn't complain as others have way bigger problems than I have, but I cannot avoid being sad and wanting to cry a bit. In terms of gifts i received from my mum an electric blanket which I adore and that's it but I love when people give me books, that's my favourite gift :)) Hope the New Year will bring you health and love Desi as you deserve it as you have a very kind soul! This was a wonderful and warm spirited video altogether, but the ending made me cry. How easy it would've been for you to just wish everyone merry Christmas and not get into the hard stuff. I lost my father to cancer last September and it really hasn't been the easiest time OR Christmas, but we got through it and did manage to make the best of it. I felt so nice when you acknowledged that some might have had a very different experience of Christmas than yourself and that it was okay. I am really happy that you have such a great family around you. You deserve it and I hope to see you continue to make great content, be well and have fun in 2022!

I'm so glad you had such a lovely Christmas! And as one non-gamer married to gamer, my husband was also thrilled when I suggested playing Animal Crossing! It is my happy place as well! I actually play so often, I got a Switch mini so that we can play at the same time! Thank you for all of the joy you have brought to myself and all of your other viewers. As my move creeps on up on me and my family (less than 6 weeks AHHHH) I will definitely be revisiting your videos, especially when we get to Germany and need to make our new house feel like a home. Ahh desi clockwork angel is amazing! One of my favourite series ever is infernal devices!! Wasn't a fan of the other series by Cassandra Clare but this one turned out to be so good! Hope you love it! That edition is so beautiful 😍
