Hi what was the product you put on the honing wheel and leather wheel I know you bought mineral oil what was in the tube I hope the gentleman below I just bought one a good secondhand one

I recently bought the 8" one after having a Tormek for about 15yrs and the Record one is Awful quality, the stone is as soft as sand (Literally) very underpowered, cheap plastic body and the Record name,once a British brand making pretty decent tools is just Chinese tat. Save your money and buy a Tormek.................Avoid at all cost in my opinion.
