My triggers are when people people don't listen to me and it frustrates me. Then i want to resort to violence to let it out. I am trying to tell you something and you are not listening. I have been called stubborn by other people. When my thoughts are reasonable.
As a kid and adult I have been been beaten by parents.. I am 38 non functional, both are narcissists n bully they never hit each other or my brother , only me , they are in one team , I feel unwanted n I got mental disorders n I am still living with them .. can't fight with my emotions anymore .. please make a video to help coping with abuse
I am so sorry you are going through that and I appreciate you watching the video. Have you tried contacting adult protective services in your area or local domestic violence shelters?
@@DocSnipes I have not contacted adult protective services like ngo as am in india , it's difficult here cudnt gather courage but i have tried calling cops in the past but they don't really help much .. the only option was to do a legal case in the courts , it took me lot of years to make this decision as last year they had hit me twice , last year I was upto it and was planning to do it but my Depression overpowered me so I dropped it , now I try my best to limit communication and try not engaging much with them so that physical abuse can be avoided.. emotional mental abuse still goes on ..
I definitely feel for you because in childhood I endured brutal and frequent physical abuse at the hands of my horrendously narcissistic mother. Best of luck with your healing endeavour!
