Interesting concept. While I can think of a number of other applications the MoonShade would be better suited to, due to the sloping design of the awning gravity will force rainwater landing on the rig side of the awning to drain onto the rig. From there, it will either run down the side of the rig (as in the case of your NuCamp Boondock Edge - possibly only because your video didn't show the fabric running over the top of the trailer) or onto the roof and then wherever else gravity will take it. I like my Foxwing canopy because when it rains, I lower its vertical support poles to enable drainage away from my InTech Flyer Pursue (which also prevents pooling common to flat, sheet style awnings like the Foxwing). It's good to know though that there are companies out there investing in ideas to help the camping community enjoy its time outdoors. Thanks for posting another informative video.

I have been looking at this awning. I have a T@G, but seeing this, I am concerned about how it secures to the teardrop. It looks like rain will run down the front right over the door. I had hoped to install on the hardware from my flat awning that came with the teardrop. That awning is too heavy and not used. Thank you for all the displays.

You could probably attach to the other awning mount, this can also be moved around to cover the door better with the suction cups. We will have to test it more in the rain. Thanks for coming by
