*It's not coming back. Spanian is evolving and these Kebabs trucks have been brought to reality through "It's All Eats" and he keeps moving forward with new ideas. It's just like how he doesn't do "The Search" podcasts anymore because he got as many guests as he wanted for the series and now it's finished and he's onto other new exciting prospects. To be successful you have to keep evolving with new ideas which is exactly what he is doing. You can't just keep doing the same things over and over to be successful. You have to try new things, take a few risks along the way, and that's what's called "Living Life To The Fullest" I'm so happy he has turned his life around.💯*

As an ex crook from melbourne that has done nothing with my life except for waste over forty years in and out of facilities that have never wanted to rehabilitate anyone. Been living in Germany since 2019 from Melbourne. Kebabs here are heavily influenced by Turkish cuisine and are better, but different, to the ones in Melbourne. Melbourne typically serves dürüm (toasted pita/some kind of wrap) and the most common kebab in Germany is döner (toasted herbed/plain flatbread, opened up into a bread-bowl kind of thing). Still miss melb kebabs tho!

He will saturate the Kebab Trucks around Sydney, maybe one at Newcastle, one out in the Western Suburbs. They will all be in NSW to start with so he can keep an eye on them all while starting out. If they become successful which they will he will probably target the Gold Coast and Brisbane cause they have the shittest Kebabs in Australia. No point putting one in Melbourne because they already have a lot of high quality Kebab shops there and would be a waste in Melbourne. He will target areas that don't have any quality Kebab shops. Supply and Demand. It's not hard to identify where the best places to put them would be, plus the beauty of being a "Truck" he can move them around to where they are needed.💯*
Completely agree. Spanien is a businessman and always has been whether morally correct or not. In the end, his endeavours will likely take him to Melbourne because it is (in my opinion) the food capital of Australia. However, the profits will be from NE/Eastern Australia. Melbourne will be more like... Just to have a shop in Melbourne because he can. Too many good quality kebab shops already with loyal customers in Melbourne. Its a good idea for how popular kebabs and snack packs are in sydney, definitely it will be a hit. Kebabs in sydney have never been amazing because they dont need to be, big portions of average food for relatively good prices which sells.
