She had been acting for years before Twilght. Since she was 9 years old. When she shot to fame with Twilight, she was only 17 and the media basically tore her apart for being different. For being shy, and nervous, and not trying to fit into what Hollywood wanted her to be. Now, 5 years later, she's grown into a strong, independent, brave, and confident woman.

Manel Muchi I'm sure he isn't upset that his video has well over a million views mainly because Kristen is in the video. He knew this would happen when he asked her to do it. A lot of people have heard this song that would never ever come across it otherwise. And most seem to really like the song. What is there to complain about? I think she was very nice to do it.

So yeah, a lot of people would "just watch it because of Kristen Stewart" but what's wrong with that? They won't exactly be muting the song just to stare at her? Celebrities have a fanbase, when you put a celebrity into a music video (which act as an advert for the song) you expect to have some draw because she's in it. Having her be in it means a lot more people hear it. A lot less people would know of the song if it wasn't for Robert Pattinson singing a cover of it before Twilight. I'd say he's pretty fricking happy that she's drawing a crowd to his music XD

I didn't know that until now either, this video was directed by Tom Sturridge.
Marcus Foster and Jacko Hooper are probably the two best artists i've found so far this year. This track and 'common sense' by Mr Hooper are exactly what i feel music should be about, real music with real soul. Blown away.

I was fortunate enough to see Marcus Foster in a tiny pub in Stroud last weekend. The guy is amazing, spell binding and mesmerising. Take all the hype of who his friends are out of the equation, unless of course you're off to buy his wonderful record! I'll post some more vids a little later, I've only put 'I Was Broken' up so far.

This man and this song proves that there is still talent out in the world. There is music that actually means something and tells a message of failure and redemption. This song can have so many meanings to so many people. Marcus didn't want the video to be showy or popular. He wanted it to be simple so that the viewer would think. I think Marcus is insanly talented and underated. Wish talent like him was what was on MTV instead of the crap they play.
