    Stupid question alert!!! Can I air down all the way remove the ring and air back up again and drive off? Only asking bc taking a new set of tires to a shop to get them mounted.. they don’t work with beadlocks for liability purpose

      You cannot. The ring is what holds the bead on the wheel. If you remove the bead the tire will fall off the wheel.

    I did mine on my f-150 4x4 . I’m 60 it took me some time but I was able to do it .

      Awesome! It definitely takes some time. But knowing its done right is worth it.

      @@WarPaintOffroad I’ve never done bead lockers. I think a tire shop can handle mine from now on …. That’s not easy lol

      @@jedeckerd5969 it’s definitely a little time consuming. Remounting them is way easier. Most of the time spent is on the bolts of the beadring. The problem is most shops won’t do them because they are so time consuming. And if they do they sometimes charge $100 per wheel. So it gets expensive quick.

    My kmc wheels and Nitto tire combo did not go that easy at all.

      I wonder why? These have super thick sidewalls. Did you lube up both the tire and the wheel?
