I am waiting for my Mother’s Day box and it will be my first use of the mask too - I have some reviews saying it makes your hair fall out on trust pilot but seeing your brush after going through with the mask in I can see it doesn’t. Have you noticed less hair breakage/fallout since using ?
You apply the hair mask leave it on for 10-15 minutes then rinse off, then dry and style as required, I’m slightly late with the comment but maybe you havnt bought any yet so my comment may still be useful :) I bought this item and it’s amazing xxx

Do you shampoo and condition hair first then the hair mask, is that right you leave the mask on your hair without rinsing.
Shampoo then condition, then leave mask on for 15 mins or so then rings well x
When you put the hair mask on do you rinse it off or leave on and blow dry
