Features
Party-Based Strategy: Select from a pool of unique heroes, each with skills which inspire vastly different strategies and customization. Position your heroes on the battlefield to influence the outcome of battle.
Explore Dynamic Terrain: Each playthrough provides a new journey, changing not only your path, but the bosses you must conquer. Freely move between 3 subareas in each act, rewarding those with the knowledge of where their party can flourish, and where it will falter.
Loot!: Collect ancient and magical items which augment your party's stats and abilities. Should your Wildmage be a glass cannon, or a front line bruiser? The decision is yours.
Prestige!: After your first victory, heroes will begin growing an aura as they conquer the 20 additional Corruption modifiers.
Astronarch comes with:
20 Unique and mysterious heroes to unlock.
100+ Mystical items for your arsenal.
100+ Combat encounters, including 11 elite enemies and 11 bosses.
25+ Intriguing map events to be discovered.
3 Acts containing 3 subareas, each with different enemies and terrain.

You lost the morale when the unit got knocked out, so the "damage" in the end is basically a summary and not a penalty per se. Would love a series on this.

I don't wanna backseat game or anything, but as a tip when you move equipment around you should look at the changes in the damage dealt leaderboards. I could tell some of the things you did by moving equipment around significantly decreased the damage of some of the heros, this might've buffed other things but this is just what i saw from the damage boards
edit: for example, when you moved the tome that applied a status effect every 5 attacks the frostmancer's place on the leaderboard went from saying about (28:05) 1000+ dmg to (28:55)200-300
Negate doesn't apply status effects though, it provides a _defensive_ buff to themself effectively, which should have absolutely nothing to with DPS so switching out to add an item with +ATK theoretically is _only_ a DPS increase. The change in DPS in every varies based on the _type_ of enemies you face too which was the case in the timestamp you linked.
Morale was effected immediately after unit was ko'd and you didn't notice because of the focus on combat all in all i really like this game and would love to see more
Seems like a fun game to have a short series of, also, the moral lose happened every time a hero died, even during combat, you started that last elite with 9 morale, the 5 morale lost was a report of how much you lost throughout the fight.

You didn't lose 1 in those fights. Its a bit confusing because your morale was substracted as soon as an unit died. Therefore you looked on your morale when already some units died.
Anyway! Amazing find! I will always support finding good games that normally might not get that much attention. I am buying and probably will try later :)

32:19 I think the penalty for items happens if you lose the fight and results in lowering the number of options to pick from and decreasing the rarity of the items offered.

I haven't looked at the creators but are these also the guys who made Rogue Adventure? The weapons you buy are the exact icons for the skills in the mobile game.

This game looks like something I would play-- only grip is the art. It's uh... I'd love to see them make it more appealing.
Despot's game, for example, has great pixel art. Things look and feel great.
I would say... this game's combat is a boiled down despot, since movement doesn't seem to happen as much as placement drives the combat. The art's not on par with Despot, but the combat might be a little better since it's just throwing #'s at #'s.
Please Do a series on this. Think its Neat

This game's mechanics were great but the aesthetics are pretty bad lol. Looks fun tho. Wouldnt mind watching more. Btw the morale worked fine, I think u just missed it. Also, have you ever played darkest dungeon? I lost a year of my life on that game and still love it to death. The narrator is epic.
